Mid-market to enterprise L&D teams focused on real performance beyond completion rates, especially in retail, consumer goods, telecoms, technology, hospitality, and regulated industries with large, distributed frontline teams.
Growth Engineering LMS is the learning management system in the Impact Suite by Growth Engineering, built on Neurogogy, our fusion of neuroscience and learning theory.
An intelligent command centre, not a filing cabinet for compliance modules. Gamification, social learning, autonomous pathways, reward triggers and reporting that shows engagement rather than attendance.
Deliver: push content instantly and build tailored learning pathways for every role.
Learn: social learning, friendly competition and collaboration turn lessons into lasting skills.
Track: measure real skill growth and business impact, so you can prove training's value.
It works with the Growth Engineering Learning App, Authoring Tool and Zavmo AI, so creation, delivery and engagement share the same data.
L'Oréal territories running our platform reported a 20% average increase in sales revenue and 90% knowledge retention.
Overview of Growth Engineering LMS benefits
Use cases
Frontline sales and product knowledge: retail and field teams who need to recall detail under pressure, in front of a customer.
Compliance across distributed workforces: mandatory training that people finish and remember, not just tick.
Digital and technical upskilling: complex material broken into pieces the brain can hold.
Social learning culture: peer knowledge captured and shared alongside formal training, rather than lost in a chat thread.
Differentiators
Learning science: Neurogogy is the blueprint, not the garnish. We design within the brain's limits and build on its mechanisms: retrieval, reward, repetition.
Behaviour change: completion rates measure attendance. We build for what people still remember, and still do, months later.
Connected suite: one ecosystem where creation, delivery and engagement share the same data. Not three tools held together with hope.
Enterprise trust: ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001, Cyber Essentials Plus, GDPR compliance and B Corp certification.
Customer proof: L'Oréal, HP and Centrica trust us with the teams that face their customers.

What do you like best?
That you can make pieces mandatory to complete. The system is telling me I need to add more characters, but this is the only thing I like about this system.
What do you dislike?
You can see every user in your organizations content. WORLDWIDE. It's lead to a library the size of The Library of Congress with most content being irrelevant. You can accidentally publish articles to the entire company. It's an LMS designed for small teams of 10 users at the most, not hundreds. When you have hundreds of admins, this is not a robust enough system so consequently it runs very slow. The predesigned content is also very childish, we build ALL content in Rise & SCORM it in.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We are sorry to hear that you have not had a good experience so far. Our team is always here to support you and ensure you get good value from your LMS. We’d love to set up a time to discuss further. You can provide flexible content access via Content Groups. Admin Lite functionality may help you to share responsibility across the team. And our built in authoring tool offers pre-set templates & full customisation options. Thanks again!

friendly platform easy to use. it has great potential depending on how the vendor whishes to develop. It would work well for smaller companies not of global reach.
What do you dislike?
there are some fundamental features that are lacking. some aspects of the main features do not seem thought through and make the admin work more heavy

What do you like best?
We like the mobile app, the gamification and the leaderboard that motivate learners to spend more time on the platform to learn more. we also like embedding the content into the real games.
What do you dislike?
There may be times that managing user and content hierarchy becomes complex. Of course, after certain training it is manageable. The customer excellence team support is great handling the complexity.

What do you like best?
I love the customization allowed in the site and the gamification features. We were able to brand the entire site and integrate it with other types of learning. The gamification features are great - it fostered great competition and allowed us to emphasize certain programs by offering enhanced rewards.
What do you dislike?
Growth has a great roadmap for enhanced compliance features as that is our greatest need in the financial services industry. We had to complete more manually reporting than we preferred but their new features should greatly improve this!
Gamification alone is not going to take you far after a while.

What do you like best?
The initial presentation, the amazing capabilities, and the look and feel of the gamification platform.
What do you dislike?
Simple things such as assigning a due date, or removing users could either be done after several clicks or could not be done at all. From an admin perspective that was a huge miss, as you could not keep track of any due dates and therefore resorted to other measures such as setting each training session as a task on our pm tool.

An LMS or learning management system is a digital hub for managing, delivering, and measuring training. Traditionally, it's been a content library and tracking tool. Our definition is different. Growth Engineering LMS is a cognitive learning environment engineered on Neurogogy to not only host content but actively rewire how your team learns and retains skills.
It's the world's first LMS engineered on Neurogogy — the fusion of neuroscience and learning theory. While other platforms manage content, we architect cognitive environments designed to rewire the brain for durable skill mastery, using principles like spaced repetition, social encoding, and reward pathways.
Absolutely. Whether it's onboarding, compliance, sales enablement, or extended enterprise training, our platform applies neuroscience to solve the root cognitive barriers — like the forgetting curve or low motivation — that cause traditional approaches to fail. We have proven use cases across industries.
Seamlessly. The LMS acts as the central nervous system of your learning tech stack. We offer easy connections for HRIS (Workday, SAP), CRM (Salesforce), SSO providers, and virtual classroom tools. Our API-first design also supports secure custom integrations to fit any unique workflow.
Yes. We are ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 42001, and Cyber Essentials Plus certified. We're also GDPR compliant and hosted on an enterprise-grade, SOC 2 compliant cloud infrastructure (AWS). Your data is encrypted and logically separated.
Completely. You control the look, feel, and language. Apply your branding, use a custom domain, and tailor the terminology to reflect your culture — creating a learning environment that feels like a native part of your organisation.
We follow a structured, collaborative rollout, typically 6–8 weeks from kickoff to launch. Your dedicated team will include a Customer Success Manager and a Technical Consultant to ensure the platform is configured to your specific goals and integrated smoothly into your ecosystem.
We offer transparent, tiered pricing that scales with your learner count. Your subscription includes dedicated support from our learning science team (not just a help desk), ongoing strategy consultation, and access to our community of L&D leaders.
