What do you like best? As a user, the LMS is easy to navigate. As an admin, it's only limited by the skills of the user. The customer support is phenomenal. They have a well-trained and extremely knowledgeable staff. With over 500 employees in our company, the ability to integrate and bulk upload saves so much time. Our quarterly calls with our account manager are not only productive but informative as well. Brainier takes very good care of their clients.
What do you dislike? My least favorite things are the lack of assignment cloning and the easy archiving of assignments. Not being able to clone an assignment means having to recreate the assignment each time we need it and possibly missing an important step. Archiving expired assignments, especially those that we recreate often (think onboarding training with due dates), would help eliminate some of the need to sift/sort through the created assignments.

What do you like best? The Brainier Knowledge Solution is intuitive. As an administrator, I like how most back-end functions are similar in nature, meaning you see the same options on the same screens, regardless of what you're trying to accomplish.
What do you dislike? There isn't anything about the Solution that I dislike. I enjoy the annual conferences that Brainier hosts, where end-users like myself can get together and share knowledge.

What do you like best? Their customer support team, the reporting functionality as well as the ease of use. What an underrated platform Brainier is.
What do you dislike? I would have loved the option to hide or deactivate some of the features that we are not using. This would make the user interface much cleaner for me.

What do you like best? The platform itself is very intuitive and easy to navigate for our learners. For me as an admin creating courses and assigning them to learners proved to be far more efficient that our previous LMS. Their support team is world-class, they always come back to you asap and with the right answer to your query, unlike other vendors who point you towards a 2,000 words FAQ Page.
What do you dislike? Although I pride myself on being quite tech-savvy, I struggled with some aspects of the platform at first - which is why I needed to get in touch with their support team -.

What do you like best? I like the upgrade. Our director of training has given it a completely new look that is attractive to the eye.
What do you dislike? Sometimes there are technical issues but they do get resolved when reported.

What do you like best? Navigation and functionality. The user view is simple to use yet customizable for those that enjoy making it their own. The admin dashboard provides easy access to the various tools and the robust features provide all the flexibility needed to solve our everyday learning hurdles.
What do you dislike? About the only thing would be the ability for delayed assignments. This can be done by scheduling a date which probably works for most, I need a day delay based on assignment date since I've programmed assignments to auto assign to new users based on the job code. This functionality isn't available just yet. Not really a big deal, felt obligated to write something...

What do you like best? In addition to the product itself, I am most satisfied with the technical support we have received. The Brainier team is always accessible and addresses my questions. Even though the product is easy to use and the tools are intuitive, it's good to know that when I have a question, I'll get the answers I need in a timely manner.
What do you dislike? I preferred the original user interface over the current version. The current version is easy to use, but being somewhat old-school I tend to stick with the look and feel of the product as I originally learned it. I suppose if I had initially learned the current user interface, I would prefer it. Just personal preference.

What do you like best? I like the fact that it is very intuitive and easy to use and navigate. The courses are spot on and I can upload courses as well.
What do you dislike? We should have moved to the Brainier software sooner because it is so much easier to use and it tracks my courses and test scores

What do you like best? Superb business partners! I'm really happy we chose Brainier LMS and wouldn't change it for anything else. They show genuine interest in listening to what clients need and truly value our input. I like that the LMS has plenty of features to play with. What I love most is the Student portal of the LMS. It's simply fantastic! Very intuitive and consistent with other web platforms. We'll keep working with Brainier for sure. It is just the right fit to achieve our training needs.
What do you dislike? As it happens with most LMS tools, the administration portal could use a bit of refining to become simpler for users. Sometimes it feels like I need to take more steps to accomplish a simple task. There are features that seem a bit complicated... Maybe they could be redesigned to keep things more logical and streamlined.

What do you like best? Thanks to Brainier LMS, our company growth has scaled exponentially the last 3 years. It's not just its ease of use that makes users want to use it every day, but also how efficient and effective it is! It is easy enough so that I don't have to explain every little detail to our people. What I love about is...reporting! Believe it or not, I get 90% of what I need out of the static reports. Sure, other LMS platforms offer similar reporting, but Brainier seems so easy...
What do you dislike? At the moment, I don't see many cons...Sometimes I might need something that isn't out there yet. Sure, there are improvements that they could make to the system, but as long as they keep doing updates and looking into what I want, that's fine with me.

First time ever using an LMS, and it's going pretty well! Their reps are very helpful.

What do you like best? Even though it's the first time we're using an LMS, the Brainier team has made things easy for us. They've been responsive to our needs and very patient when answering questions and explaining the functionality of the system. I love that I can log in as another user and easily see what they can see. Also, it makes checking access rights easier. I also like how they've built the format of the screens. The easy-to-use menus and tiles make it a piece of cake even for novice users.
What do you dislike? If there's one thing that needs improvement, that's the reporting. I like that the system allows you to do custom reports. However, it can be a lot better by surpassing limitations that are still there. Not that we can't report on what we need, but I'm looking forward to seeing enhancements in this field.

I really like how easy it was to launch! The built-in gamification rocks!

What do you like best? Being the first LMS for our company, we had to get it right from the start. All went well; I still cannot believe how fast we ramped everything up and went live! What I love most is the built-in gamification of the LMS because it allows me to set up incentives for everyone. That way, they get started with the site and also have fun at the same time. Great customer support that's included in the purchase costs.
What do you dislike? As it happens with other LMS options as well, there is a lack of flexibility when it comes to how you organize the entire set of courseware that is available. Finally, I've also had some login issues, pop-up blocking issues, etc., but their support was very responsive and solved everything fast.

What do you like best? It's great that we now have a system that our students can access and complete their courses easily. The UI is very appealing, and the student portal is very straightforward. Plus, you can easily retrieve training records. Elan certainly meets our needs! I love working with Brainier; their team is all about building long time partnerships. I'm sure of their continued success as they improve their software even more in the future.
What do you dislike? I've worked with 2 other LMSs before, and I can see that the admin side of Elan lacks some flexibility. Some of the logic tied to the admin functionality is different than what I've experienced with other systems. At times, it doesn't seem to align with my needs when administering the system.
