What is Skypiom Compliance?

Skypiom Compliance is a comprehensive and overarching suite that revolutionises compliance management, training, oversight, and reporting. Skypiom Compliance consists of five powerful pillars, listed below, that offer a turn key solution that can be tailored to meet the specific needs of an organisation.

• Consolidated Achievement Registry: a central record repository for all employee learning and compliance achievement records, irrespective of source, providing a single version of the truth.
• Learning Management System: purpose built for the delivery of employee upskilling and compliance training, however a customer may make use of their own LMS from which Skypiom Compliance obtains relevant data.
• Performance Management, tracking and incentivising the performance of employees, external stakeholders such as contractors, groups and departments as well as other environments that require ongoing performance tracking and development.
• Audits, including external, remote, and self-audits with both online and offline capability.
• Mandatory Notices, which ensure compliance by tracking acknowledgment of distributed notices and updates.

The pillars provide the necessary data to customisable Compliance Roles comprising Compliance Items (e.g. courses required to be consumed or CPD points required within a period etc.) that are linked to individual users. The system monitors, alerts, and reminds users on the specifics of their linked Compliance Items and Roles, and in turn standard as well as custom reports may be generated on an on-demand or scheduled / recurring basis.

Once deployed, Skypiom Compliance delivers a foundation from which compliance can be objectively managed and corrective action taken, with the ultimate goal of full and quantifiable compliance.
