What do you like best?
Its ease of use, intuitive user interface and included content ensured that the uptake was great and that users actually used the system!
What do you dislike?
There appears to be a lot of functionality that it takes time to explore everything Skypiom can do - but I guess that that is a strength in disguise.
Efficient, great support system, easy to use, would recommend to other NGOs.

What do you like best?
I’ll admit, I felt a bit apprehensive when we first started using Skypiom. But every time I had a question their support team replied unbelievably fast—something I’ve rarely experienced with other software providers. They’re approachable, explain everything in plain language, and even share screenshots to guide you. They also followed up afterward to make sure everything was resolved. Having that kind of support really reassures you, and it’s given me much more confidence in using the platform.
What do you dislike?
There was one time when I could not access a course due to a browser issue, but once I messaged support, they knew exactly what to do and fixed it straight away (the problem was my outdated browser!)
The support team is fantastic—quick, friendly, and helpful.

What do you like best?
Whenever I have had a question or got stuck, the support team responded quickly and explained things clearly. They even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was working as expected. It makes such a difference knowing there’s someone you can reach out to when you are unsure.
What do you dislike?
Nothing major comes to mind, but I would not mind having more tutorials or walkthroughs built into the system for new features.
Very user-friendly and simple to find what I need.

What do you like best?
The system is really easy to use. I didn’t need much training at all—it is clear and straightforward and everything is where you expect it to be. Uploading certificates, completing training, and tracking progress is all hassle-free. I also like how I can go back and revisit material at any time. It feels like the platform was designed with users in mind.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes I need a reminder where to find a specific report or download, but that's not a real negative in my mind...
Exceptionally intuitive and purpose-built for learning-heavy environments.

What do you like best?
Skypiom’s interface is clean, logical, and incredibly easy to navigate. Whether you are setting up a course, managing user access, or pulling reports, everything is just where you need it to be. The platform's ability to manage both internal teams and external contractors makes it a great fit for regulated industries like financial services and insurance. Setup was fast and onboarding our staff was smooth—very impressed with how the system handles complexity without becoming clunky.
What do you dislike?
While reporting is very strong, some custom reports required support from our dev team set up. That said, Skypiom’s support team were quick to step in and provide assistance.
Skypiom has completely changed how we manage training. It makes tracking and evaluation a breeze.

What do you like best?
What I like most about Skypiom is how easy it is to use day to day. Setting up courses, checking on learner progress and getting the info I need doesn’t feel like a chore anymore. The reporting is especially helpful - it’s clear and actually makes sense without needing to dig through tons of data. It’s just made everything around training smoother and less stressful for everyone involved.
What do you dislike?
If I had to pick something, it would be that it took a little time to get fully comfortable with all the features - there’s a lot the system can do. But once we got the hang of it, it really started to shine.
A smart, intuitive platform that makes managing learning so much easier.

What do you like best?
The system is incredibly user-friendly, and I love how easy it is to assign training and track progress. The reporting features are a huge bonus, and it is great knowing that everything is logged and audit / report ready. It really saves me time and gives me peace of mind.
What do you dislike?
There is a lot packed into the platform, so it took a bit of time to discover all the tools available – but once I did, it was well worth it. The help centre and support team were really helpful during setup.
Super easy to use and makes learning a lot less stressful.

What do you like best?
I really like how everything is centralised and easy to find. The platform feels intuitive, and I especially like how the training is automatically tracked so I do not need to set reminders. The included content are great value for me.
What do you dislike?
Honestly, not much to complain about. If I had to mention something, maybe a bit more customisation on leaderboard. But overall it does what it says and works well.

I love how intuitive Skypiom is: great courses, easy to use and the compliance tracking just works seamlessly and reminds me of what I need to do before it expires!
What do you dislike?
There’s so much functionality - it took a bit of exploring to uncover all the powerful features available.

What do you like best?
