What do you like best? I like most that The Learning Lab Retail LMS combines **no-code content creation with full brand customization**, so retail teams can build engaging, on-brand training quickly without needing technical expertise.
What do you dislike? The only drawback is that its **retail-focused design might feel overly specialized** for organizations outside the retail sector, limiting its broader applicability.

What do you like best? I really appreciate the clean and modern design, which makes the platform visually appealing and easy to navigate. The layout is intuitive, so it’s simple to find the right modules, track progress, and stay engaged without feeling overwhelmed.
What do you dislike? The platform offers a lot of useful functions, but I don’t use many of them because I’m not always aware they exist. It would help to have clearer guidance or tips highlighting all the available features.

What do you like best? It's an LMS that offers a little bit of everything and at a good price. We might have reviewed many other LMS platforms before choosing this one, but it was worth it. I love how visually appealing the UX is, plus it's customizable and very intuitive. I like that it isn't entirely focused on videos because it helps our course presentations a lot. All of our learners liked interacting with the course that was set up for them. The feedback we're getting is always good.
What do you dislike? Their development team is very friendly and quick to resolve any questions we had. It would be even better if the quiz function offered a greater diversity of quiz options. I surely hope that as the platform develops more, there will be plenty of interactive/dynamic features added with each update.

What do you like best? I'm very grateful that TheLearningLab has helped our non-profit organization scale. We've managed to scale not only our internal staff training but also our external training. We mainly use the LMS to provide training to youth sports program managers worldwide. We've received good feedback as it is low-cost and actually fun! We highly recommend TheLearning Lab team!
What do you dislike? I'd like the LMS to have more interactive features. E.g. the ability to give feedback for incorrect quiz answers is missing. You can only give feedback for correct answers. The addition of small things like flip cards with images (not just text) would also improve the whole experience. I'm sure that these additions won't take long to come since TheLearningLab LMS is constantly being upgraded with new features. They do respond well to client feedback and new feature requests.

You can leave a feedback both for correct and incorrect answers. To access it, use the slide builder with a quiz question. Using the settings icons you'll have "Correct answer additional information" and "Incorrect answer additional information" toggles, where you can enter your feedback for the student. About flashcards we added multimedia support, so now you'll be able to add image, audio and video for all the flashcards. I stay at your disposition

A very user-friendly LMS. Easy for trainers and admin staff alike.

What do you like best? If you want to experiment with blended courses, The LMS Lab offers a simple and user-friendly way to try it out. It gives you the ability to test content, formats, and quizzes as well as certifications. So far, everyone is happy, me included (course producer)! They didn't have to do much to win us over. They simply offered us the chance to test the platform at no cost for one of our courses. It worked like a gem!
What do you dislike? We're still trying to make sense of how the platform works and get the best out of it. Not much to comment at the moment. I would like to see more functionality when it comes to course assessment forms. Or maybe it would be a good additon to be able to create a discussion forum for the trainees.

What do you like best? It's good to have an advanced authoring tool within the app next to the SCORM solution. Our main reasons for choosing TheLearningLab were a) it's an LMS and Authoring tool in one b) its design enables user to set up courses with interactive video, mobile, infographics, and gamification c) it's easy to style it based on our clients' corporate identity.
What do you dislike? It's not really a con but as it happens with every new tool, some of its features need to become a bit more mature. The good thing is that the dev team quickly adds new features. In addition to that, they listen to our feedback and work close with us to achieve the best results possible. This also means we've had the chance to request changes based on our needs and our requests were met ;) For me it's more advanced than Moodle or TalentLMS.

What do you like best? I love its beautiful and streamlined design. The LMS Lab can easily be used by trainees and admins/trainers without issues; There's also the option to make it "brandable". I do appreciate the fact that it feels like I have some leverage on the additional features and functionalities that can be developed. Their support team is great at creating personable relations; the same goes when it comes to the Penceo marketing and creative and team.
What do you dislike? There is nothing to add to this section, as I m very pleased with my organization's selection at this point in time.

What do you like best? All team members possess high knowledge in creative and brand design. If you combine that with their high IT solution competence, it's a keeper. In my opinion, it's the best platform if you're looking for an LMS that combines user-friendly features, branding possibilities AND gamification. What I love most is that the dev team is always open to customer ideas. They see it more as an opportunity to improve the product. With that mindset, it's no wonder they gained our trust.
What do you dislike? What I've noticed is that the platfom is still in development. So this means that some features might need updates or tailor-made improvements. But, we never really had an issue. I'm just happy to see how the tool evolves based on our feedback. It feels good to have a say in developing the platform for the better.
