Great platform for those in need of mentorship programs! It helps you develop yourself.
What do you like best?
As a mentee, I love using this platform. I find it easy to use as I can quickly book meetings and submit feedback after each session. Together is a very useful mentoring program. I couldn't recommend it enough! It will help your team achieve business and personal development goals. I found the reminder emails very useful; they tell you when it's time to schedule another meeting with your mentor. Being an Executive Assistant, I had a lot of things on my plate.
What do you dislike?
Not many serious ones I can think of. If any, I'd like to be able to change meeting times in the calendar after I have scheduled them through the Together Platform. For some reason, the meeting time in the invitations is different than my current time zone. So, it was a bit challenging to find the right time both for my mentor and me.

This software is great for goal-planning and micro-training videos—an awesome mentoring tool.
What do you like best?
The best thing about it is the reminders and the push-in notifications. Having many things to handle at work, you can easily forget to schedule follow-up meetings or attend sessions. Thanks to the reminders, I'm doing better in this field. I also like its micro training videos and goal-planning tools.
What do you dislike?
None that I can think of. To be honest, the system is so good at keeping you on track. There are times I actually feel guilty when I forget to schedule a follow-up mentor meeting. But I feel even more guilty when I get the reminder emails... I promise I'll try to be more consistent with my sessions.

An excellent mentoring platform overall. They have good Customer Service. The whole team loves it!
What do you like best?
Seemless implementation process! All credit goes to the Together amazing team of reps. They made sure to walk us through every step, always answering any questions promptly. The platform is impressively user-friendly. Take into consideration that our company is in the manufacturing industry. This means that many folks aren't particularly tech-savvy. Yet, they had no problem using Together. We're very happy with the product and the customer service, so we plan to continue our subscription.
What do you dislike?
Giving the ability to operate on a rolling calendar would be even more effective, especially when new hires arrive. That way, they don't have to wait until the enrollment period. I believe they've been working on updating this feature.

What do you like best?
Together is a modern system that offers customizable templates. The system is very forward-thinking, and they offer great support when needed. It's good to see that this company cares about every individual's mentorship program. They aim for success and are very responsive to our requests. I like that it has the ability to scale as you grow; plus, they keep expanding the use cases. If you're still looking for a great mentoring program, this is an excellent choice.
What do you dislike?
The system is complex, but it has a simple and appealing interface. You might struggle a bit with the reports. Pulling info can be tricky. However, there are plenty of robust features and customizations. I can't say I consider it costly.

Great platform if you're looking for a mentoring program. Scheduling is easy
What do you like best?
Together platform is very easy to use. It's nice to be able to go back and review previous sessions. I had no issue booking sessions, plus I find it intuitive how the system is showing the calendars. One of my favorite things about the platform is that it sends me notifications when my mentor adds something to the notes. Another pro is that Together integrates with our email system and calendars. I never miss a session!
What do you dislike?
The most awkward thing is that when I type notes in the system, instead of sending notifications only to my mentor, it also sends emails about them to me. I'd like to have an option to deactivate that; I wonder if someone else finds it helpful apart from the one that needs to receive the notes.
