The implementation lasted for several days, but it was constructive and enjoyable.
What do you like best?
We had no issues with the system's implementation. For me, Tortal training is the perfect system for our business. What I love most about it is that it is customizable and scalable. Their reps are helpful and friendly, willing to make any adaptations necessary; always assisting in a timely fashion. I like that the LMS offers a lot of resources for our team members to utilize. I'm very happy that we can provide training in so many different ways to everyone onboard.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to complain about, really. Even though I was anxious about the build-out in the first stages, everything went well. Now we have the means to offer engaging material to our team. And we can do so through various modes of interaction. The best thing about it is that they helped us with the curriculum and they also provided us with content.

What do you like best?
Setting up the Tortal LMS platforms for 4 of our franchise brands was super easy. From an admin's perspective, no issues whatsoever. Our franchisees and their teams have found it to be very user-friendly. In fact, they use it almost daily!
What do you dislike?
No negatives come to mind at the moment. It's a great tool, and I love how their support evaluates requests and makes enhancements regularly based on user needs.

I wish I could give this LMS 6 stars for what it's worth! I can't compliment it enough;
What do you like best?
Tortal is an amazing tool, even for small businesses. They have an exceptional team of professionals always willing to help out. I recommend it to everyone wanting to grow employee training for their organization. What I like most is that you can customize what type of training you want to offer to your team. For example, you can create programs, and you can also self-author material.
What do you dislike?
The only drawback I see is having some functionality problems as operating systems update occasionally. But that is not really a Tortal issue; whatever the case, they are quick to address any problems.

What do you like best?
I like that I can easily upload my own training modules and course material to this LMS. According to our salespeople and tech customers' feedback, it's really easy to use. Their support is amazing and responsive. They always listen to our needs and can execute or find new solutions based on whatever idea we might have.
What do you dislike?
Even though I like its reporting capabilities, there's room for improvement; as an admin, I don't find it very intuitive. However, their support team has always been there to help me out with specifics reports I needed.

Even if you're new to online training, you can get off on the right foot with this tool
What do you like best?
Tortal Training is a turn-key platform. We mostly use it to deliver SCORM-compliant online training, which we had no way of utilizing before the implementation. Their team has helped us create all the training materials we needed. The support has been truly amazing! Plus, they continually make sure to attend to any problems we might be facing. For what it's worth, the admin portal is very comprehensive for most of our instructors.
What do you dislike?
I don't really use this software regularly, but the admin portal is somewhat dense. Even though it's all there, it's not so obvious where you can find what you need.
