This tool has been great for our specialized product. Tracorp made it so much easier.
What do you like best?
Our product is used in federally mandated programs. This means that it requires specific training that stands up to potential court testimonies and legalities. Thankfully, TraCorp has allowed our system's training programs to readily get the job done. Its tracking and reporting capabilities have been all we ever wanted. Having a customer base that is not that tech-savvy meant we needed an easy-to-use LMS. Thus, with TraCorp, the majority of our customers feel very comfortable using this tool.
What do you dislike?
Due to an acquisition, we inherited another LMS that was very slow and ineffective compared to the TraCorp LMS. After the shift to our new tool, I'm very happy with it. TBH, at the moment, I have no complaints.

Overall great value for money. I'm impressed with what this LMS can do at such a reasonable price
What do you like best?
Tracorp has made various improvements to the tool the last few years, and they're always open to customer feedback for creating additional features, etc. Any modifications needed are reasonably priced. Admins get great assistance from the support team. Regarding the learner side, I'd say it is easy to learn. What's more, this customizable LMS definitely serves our needs, and it does so at a reasonable price altogether. Their staff offers excellent support.
What do you dislike?
The administrative side of this LMS requires some effort to master. In the following updates, I'd like to see some flexibility regarding the display and sort on the learner side. Also, it would be great if the system allowed students to have some more control.

I love this LMS! Very customizable and easy to use. Kudos to their support team!
What do you like best?
My team is using the LMS with a variety of clients. We mainly use the LMS for field agents in the direct sales field. Also, some of us use it to train and onboard employees. This system has saved us lots of time and resources. What I love most about it is that it is very customizable. Also, it's great that we can use the LMS for many different audiences.
What do you dislike?
Even though it took me quite some time to learn all of the tools and functionalities, I'm very happy with this LMS. There are plenty of user guides, but some of them seem a bit outdated. Thankfully, their support team has helped us with any extra guidance we needed.

It's great that the tool allows you to customize so you can leave messages for your staff to follow
What do you like best?
The LMS is easy to navigate and is very user-friendly. The group rules function is what I love most since it allows me to mass upload students and assign them content automatically. As an admin, I find it very simple to use. When I have any questions, the first thing I check is each tab that explains each function. They've got some good tooltips up there. Most of our employees have found the student side to be visually appealing.
What do you dislike?
We are very pleased with our selection, and haven't managed to track any cons to add to this section.

Great product with a variety of tools and features. Extra customization is the reason I chose it.
What do you like best?
TraCorp's LMS is a very powerful and fluent system. Even though I've used around 20% of it until now, I can't wait to explore it in depth. Over the years, I've used other LMS tools before... There's so much I've been missing! I can say I'm really glad we recently switched to using TraCorp. I got to learn toolsets in a relevantly short time. Actually, it made it super-easy to have my online eLearning company set up and running. It truly offers great bang for the buck.
What do you dislike?
For now, I can't really think of any cons or problems encountered. But, if I encounter any, I'll let you know.

For an HR coordinator like me, this LMS has helped me do my work faster and train members easily
What do you like best?
The team at TraCorp has been fantastic so far. Any questions we've had have been answered super fast, as they are always quick to respond. There have been times we needed new content to be created, and they came back with great quality. The same goes any time we've asked for any changes to existing content. Their reps are very supportive, and we're glad we have a partner that listens to our feedback and customizes the tool to our needs.
What do you dislike?
In all honesty, I haven't found anything that needs fixing. The whole team loves it! Keep up the awesome work guys!
