What do you like best? I really like Trivie, and it's not just me; the whole team loves it! Even though we have an LMS, our employees seem to be using Trivie more. It has to do mostly with how engaging the training is and how it helps our team members remember more. Best of all, we've been able to cut back on our training costs with this application. And, their tech support is amazing - very responsive.
What do you dislike? Uploading content sometimes can be tricky. It's not a deal-breaker, though. We've gotten used to it now.

What do you like best? I highly recommend Trivie if you want to improve your workflow. It is one of the best applications you can use to increase engagement and also test skills. You'll barely need to put any effort as the system takes care of everything else. The best thing about Trivie is that it is our go-to tool when we need to find the best new candidates for a new position.
What do you dislike? No cons to point out. Trivie helped us realize we had to revisit some of our older training materials and helped us increase our new hires. It's a fantastic addition to our workflow and we are constantly impressed by the results.

The best thing about it --> Usability. Great for learner engagement, assessments, and insights.

What do you like best? We use Trivie to improve and make our compliance training and onboarding training more interesting. You don't need to be an L&D to use this tool. It's very easy to learn how it works. For sure, you'll manage to boost learner engagement, but it's more than that. If used correctly, any manager can assess where an employee stands. From there, managers, trainers, and HR can dive into the insights to provide feedback, offer assistance, etc.
What do you dislike? As much as I like the tool to create assessments for my team, its inability to sync with our LMS was a big disappointment. However, their support team says they're working on it so that users won't have to go back and forth between two separate systems. When this is fixed, we'd like to use this for our overall learning engagements.

Engaging employees during training made easy! No more ppts and boring training for our teams.

What do you like best? Before implementing Trivie, we had some trouble keeping employees engaged during training. Now, with this tool's gamification features, we can ensure that learners are actively engaged with their training! The requisite responses make testing skills and comprehension much faster. I'm glad we've found a tool that helps keep our teams engaged with the presented training material.Their support team has been great in explaining the platform.
What do you dislike? I'd like to be able to create the assessments the moment I import the content. I mean, importing content separately from the assessments and marrying them afterward is not that effective. Also, we have material that doesn't need to have questions tied to it. Yet, there is no way to go around this...

It is an easy-to-use product if you need just-in-time training. We had no issues

What do you like best? From an admin's perspective, the interface makes managing a large number of employees quick and simple. The greatest part about Trivie is that it allows us to track and measure knowledge gain, retention, and completion. Also, we can see how much time users spend in the system. All the above make it easy to identify trends or even new gap areas. Using these insights helps us provide better training to our employees and focus on what interests or needs they have.
What do you dislike? We did have to spend some time figuring out a better way to manage the login process for hourly Team Members. I'd like to see some more flexibility when it comes to using and managing the resources. Overall the above are minor issues; the tool is great.
