What do you like best? User friendly, and customer service/support is second to none! They always get back to acknowledge that my question/request was received and always seem to be able to resolve my issues.

What do you dislike? Once the setup is done, we were able to get going right away. There is some learning involved prior to rollout (which is expected), but subsequent to that, we were good to go!

They are wonderful to work with and very responsive to questions and are always very helpful.

What do you like best? What I like the most is ease of use. Very user friendly . I like the content available to add to our library.

What do you dislike? I can't think of anything! I love just about everything with the product and the employees.

It is a great platform that allows our users to access e-learning and enrol on event.

What do you like best? Ability to shape it to our firm needs along with Intellek listening to our needs and constantly making improvements to the system.

What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike about the system. There is constant development which is meeting our needs.

I think it packs a lot of capabilities into the product.

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to add classes and schedule them. I also like the ability to create and automate learning paths.

What do you dislike? I wish there was an integration with zoom/teams for virtual class scheduling. I also wish the “3 Dot” menues were more intuituve

What do you like best? The interface was clean and simple and the focus was on the learning, not on the various bells and whistles or other things.

What do you dislike? While user friendly, there were limited customization (from a user perspective), would have loved for more options.

What do you like best? Support has been phenomenal. When we have questions about a functionality or a possible feature, Intellek support is a chat or email away.

What do you dislike? The dashboard is a bit rigid; there is not a lot of flexibility with respect to the layout, other than what you put into the widgets. You can't move things around.

What do you like best? The easy of setting up classes convinced me to switch and getting support when I needed it has kept me with Intellek.

What do you dislike? There isn't anything I dislike about it. In fact each time I have asked for something that isn't already there, they have added it in future releases.

What do you like best? I like how customizable it is and that access to support is so fast. I love the new course creation tool as well.

What do you dislike? I don't have 100 characters to express anything i like in the least. if pushed, maybe the notifications could be more simple to use.

What do you like best? The ease of use, coupled with the robust platform that allows for a comprehensive structure that complements our program.

What do you dislike? I don't have any dislikes, other than notes on training completion being made hidden unless a report is generated.

What do you like best? The team behind Intellek provides excellent support and resources! They are quick to respond, always asking for feedback, and ready to find a solution that fits our needs. The kind of customer service they provide outweighs any shortcomings in the design and functionality. They are always looking for ways to improve and have created a wonderful community of users.

What do you dislike? The design looks outdated and is a little clunky as an admin - however this is getting an update soon! I'm excited about the new design and they are fixing some of the clunkiness with the settings and reporting.

What do you like best? This is the 5th LMS solution- and by far easiest and best solution for users and administrators. The customer service is absolutely the best! This was the first LMS for our large (Top 200) law firm. Intellek was there making every deadline for implementation. And on the user side-absolutely no issues and complete adoption for event sign ups. Huge win and timesaver for us. We actually like calling Intellek. They listen and implement our suggestions for new enhancements.

What do you dislike? Nothing. Again, I have implemented and work with some of the "giants/household names" in corporate LMS. Intellek leaves them in the dust on implementation, product enhancements and customer service. And on the user side - so easy for finding courses and enrolling in events.

What do you like best? What sets Intellek LMS apart is its emphasis on interactive learning tools. The platform offers knowledge checks, interactive learning modules, and learning lessons that foster engagement and reinforce learning. My users find these tools particularly useful for reinforcing concepts and gauging their progress. Each course is crafted meticulously, with up-to-date content and practical insights that are relevant to today's workplace.

What do you dislike? The only thing I don't like, is that I did not discover this resource sooner!

What do you like best? I like that it has a library full of videos and sessions in case you are not able or dot not remember how to do something, you can get the information from there

What do you dislike? I think it will be good to implement a function to create the courses directly from there. Just a thought

What do you like best? The customer service team is great. They are super responsive and also implement enhancement requests!

What do you dislike? On the admin side, it can take some time to get up to speed as there are a lot of features to learn about.

What do you like best? It is the ease of using the modules within the LMS that I like the most. The library is my favorite module. There are so many customization options within the Library and yet it is still simple to use.

What do you dislike? The rich-text format of the survey module is my least favorite aspect. I would like something closer to Microsoft Forms and hope that the new version of the LMS will have a new style of survey. The data received is useful, but the format of the survey are definitely dated and difficult to use.

What do you like best? Very easy to administer and use the LMS. Intellek's customer service and support is exceptional! Their client family webinars keep customers up to date with upcoming changes and trends. They also welcome feedback from their customers on features and functions of the LMS and listen to the feedback in providing updates.

What do you dislike? I'm not a big fan of the mobile application. The survey module could also be improved a bit more in the future.

What do you like best? Creating a library of learning assets, packaging learning assets in learning plans, managing users and assignments, scheduling events, tracking attendance, and reporting; all of these are features that Intellek provides, but what makes Intellek stand out is (1) how easy it is to setup and administer and (2) how easy it is for our learners to access learning opportunities.

What do you dislike? The product would benefit from more functionality on custom notifications that are assigned to live events, more bulk edit options, and SCORM 2014 compatibility. Fortunately, Intellek is very responsive to client suggestions and these items are on the road map.

What do you like best? When I have asked for product enhancements, they have always agreed that what I was requesting would be good to have, and they have always ended up adding the enhancements I've requested.

What do you dislike? I would like to see the course ID on the course card like they used to display, or at least have an option to turn that on or off. Overall, this is a relatively small thing and not something that impedes my use or opinion of the product.

What do you like best? Intellek offers outstanding customer support and collaborates closely with you to maximize your LMS experience. They actively incorporate customer feedback to enhance the platform. The LMS is user-friendly, robust, and includes essential features like learning paths, automated emails, and assignments, all within an intuitive interface.

What do you dislike? There really isn't anything that I don't like about Intellek LMS. It does not have every feature I would want in an LMS, but they make note of all of my suggestions, and I have seen many of them implemented over the years.

What do you like best? Easy to use. Great simple interface. Our users can signup for courses with out any issues. Great for required HR trainings.

What do you like best? Ease of you, extensive library of both general and legal-specific applications, superior customer support, and reasonable price.

What do you dislike? All LMS vendors could have more specific content relative to any particular vertical, so I would always love to have more content specific to legal.

What do you like best? I love the support, the regularly scheduled deep dives, client family sessions, and my personal sessions with my account manager. I feel like I'm a part of the Intellek team. I know I can reach out whenever I need to and for whatever I need.

What do you like best? Intellek's customer service is the best in the business. I could not ask for better support. The monthly training sessions combine with rapid response to questions keep my organization up to date and running smoothly.

What do you dislike? It's hard to think of anything I like the least (and this appears to be a required field.) I look forward to features tracking the history of courses. I hope to see fields for creator, date created, revision notes, etc.
