What do you like best?
The team at Intellek is one of the best. Their support is always extremely responsive if we have issues or questions, and they communicate well as a team if there is a problem to help us get a solution. Additionally, they provide very detailed updates and make sure to connect with us as clients regularly. Additionally, the interface is very user friendly, easy to update, and has many features that we look for in an LMS. It supports e-learning, live learning, and compliance needs.
What do you dislike?
I have had an exceptional experience with Intellek LMS. The only areas of improvement to note is that some customizations require html formatting knowledge to truly change and that even though their support team is responsive, there is part of the team that is in the UK timezone so it can cause a lag in finding a resolution to a problem if it's later in the day for us.
Fantastic platform; easy to use; users love it (and so do I)!

What do you like best?
User friendly, and customer service/support is second to none! They always get back to acknowledge that my question/request was received and always seem to be able to resolve my issues.
What do you dislike?
Once the setup is done, we were able to get going right away. There is some learning involved prior to rollout (which is expected), but subsequent to that, we were good to go!

The interface was clean and simple and the focus was on the learning, not on the various bells and whistles or other things.
What do you dislike?
While user friendly, there were limited customization (from a user perspective), would have loved for more options.

What do you like best?
Support has been phenomenal. When we have questions about a functionality or a possible feature, Intellek support is a chat or email away.
What do you dislike?
The dashboard is a bit rigid; there is not a lot of flexibility with respect to the layout, other than what you put into the widgets. You can't move things around.

What do you like best?
The easy of setting up classes convinced me to switch and getting support when I needed it has kept me with Intellek.
What do you dislike?
There isn't anything I dislike about it. In fact each time I have asked for something that isn't already there, they have added it in future releases.

I like how customizable it is and that access to support is so fast. I love the new course creation tool as well.
What do you dislike?
I don't have 100 characters to express anything i like in the least. if pushed, maybe the notifications could be more simple to use.
