What is Workzoom?
In the spring of 2000, Linda Woolley founded Nortek Solutions Inc. with a focus of helping companies more effectively manage their people by leveraging the power of the internet. By 2003, we introduced a fully browser-based manager and employee self service product which was successfully used by a major Canadian university. With support from the NRC-IRAP program of the Canadian government in 2010, we pioneered technology that would become the foundation of one of the first end-to-end, SaaS HR solutions build specifically for the Cloud.
Over the past 10 years, our R&D efforts have continued to find ways for companies to maximize the potential of their most valuable resource – their people. Our recently launched Workzoom release takes us one step further in our mission to help everyone in the organization focus their work lives. As a company, we pride ourselves on creating an internal culture that fosters creativity and collaboration. We support every team member in bringing their unique strengths to the table so they feel valued, engaged and able to maintain a great work-life balance.
