What do you like best? The platform is intuitive, user-friendly and packed with valuable features to help manage and optimize business processes. The software is highly customizable, allowing us to tailor it to our specific needs. The customer support team is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, always available to provide assistance and troubleshoot any issues. They are always willing to listen to our feedback and suggestions and actively work to improve their product.

What do you dislike? Configuring a professional email is not easy, until now I am unable to have one. Also changing the display of the page is a bit not easy but whenever I need, the team is helpful and responsive.

What do you like best? I loved the way FATbit Technologies looks after, and treats its clients. I love that the platform is robust and highly customizable. It is well thought through and executed. Every aspect of the business model has been taken into account and the final product is one that I am exceptionally proud to call my own.

What do you dislike? I cannot think of anything I dislike about the product, it answers my needs perfectly. I only wish that I had found FATbit technologies/YOcoach sooner before having wasted a lot of money on local "developers" in my home country who did not deliver as promised.

What do you like best? The number of features and the customization that is possible to ask and the connections with third parties services

What do you dislike? A lack in the customization of graphical features, but is a minor issue. Some graphical details could be optimized

What do you dislike? For me all was perfect. we ordered some customizations to meet the specification of our market and business model and The service lived up to my expectations. a big Thanks to the account manager Ms. Akshita Sood she was perfect and a big Thank also to Mr. Arshdeep Singh Walia Business Analyst (sales) The best Team It was a pleasure to work with them
