Support from the account manager, Girish Anood. Was very responsive and solution-oriented throughout the process.
What do you dislike?
Some documentation had to be clarified and redone, some needed requesting and follow-up before we were able to receive it.

That it is an integrated solution so this means is a one-stop-shop for your customers who are looking for e-learning. With the KPIs, it is easy to identify areas of opportunity to improve sales.
What do you dislike?
Not something that was an issue because they were still very responsive. However, being in Mexico and in a different time zone. Again, not really an issue because they were still very responsive.

What do you like best?
The platform is intuitive, user-friendly and packed with valuable features to help manage and optimize business processes. The software is highly customizable, allowing us to tailor it to our specific needs. The customer support team is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, always available to provide assistance and troubleshoot any issues. They are always willing to listen to our feedback and suggestions and actively work to improve their product.
What do you dislike?
Configuring a professional email is not easy, until now I am unable to have one. Also changing the display of the page is a bit not easy but whenever I need, the team is helpful and responsive.
Absolute blessing to the start-up non-tech entrepreneur!

What do you like best?
I loved the way FATbit Technologies looks after, and treats its clients. I love that the platform is robust and highly customizable. It is well thought through and executed. Every aspect of the business model has been taken into account and the final product is one that I am exceptionally proud to call my own.
What do you dislike?
I cannot think of anything I dislike about the product, it answers my needs perfectly. I only wish that I had found FATbit technologies/YOcoach sooner before having wasted a lot of money on local "developers" in my home country who did not deliver as promised.
