8th Annual eACH Conference
eACH started in 2008 as a collaborative venture among Toronto teaching hospitals to facilitate the sharing of knowledge, experience, and innovation in education technology. It has since grown to include all industries and affiliations.
Our annual 2-day conference plays a vital part in the continued growth of eACH.
- Day 1 is comprised of half or full day skills workshops.
- Day 2 hosts a variety of concurrent sessions, vendor expo and the popular Show-and-Share event
Our ultimate goal is to reach out to all eLearning designers and administrators so that we can learn and collaborate together.
eACH Conference 2017 Keynote Presenter: Julie Dirksen
Julie Dirksen is an independent consultant and instructional designer who has more than 20 years’ experience creating highly interactive eLearning experiences for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to innovative technology startups to major grant-funded research initiatives. Her focus has been on utilizing the disciplines of educational psychology, neuroscience, change management and persuasive technology to promote and support the improvement of peoples’ lives through sustainable long-term learning and behavioral change. She holds an M.S. degree in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University and has also been an adjunct faculty member at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
She is the author of the book Design For How People Learn. She’s happiest whenever she gets to learn something new and you can find her online at Usable Learning.
