FlipCon 2015 is an interactive conference for emerging and established flipped educators.
Flipped Learning is a pedagogical approach in which direct instruction moves from the group learning space to the individual learning space, and the resulting group space is transformed into a dynamic, interactive learning environment where the educator guides students as they apply concepts and engage creatively in the subject matter.
FlipCon 2015 includes three plenary sessions, a job-alike event and plenty of networking. Attendees will choose from 60 concurrent sessions over the two-day conference. Sessions include topics like:
- New to Flipped Learning
- Tools & Skills of the Trade (Intended to highlight products, practices and production)
- Beyond the Flipped Classroom (Intended for more experienced flipped educators)
- Leadership, Professional Development, Other Workplace Training
- Flipped in Higher Education and Teacher Education

- Subject-specific flipping
The 8th Annual Flipped Conference (FlipCon 2015) will be held at the Michigan State University on July 13 - 15, 2015.
