David Metcalf, the founding director of the Mixed Emerging Technology Integration Lab at the University of Cetral Florida, will share the latest research and trends about how simulations, mobile, analytics, virtual reality and other emerging technologies are being adopted - now - to improve learning and human performance.
For several years, David has collaborated with a senior learning and development leader as she moved across three organizations to bring emerging training technologies into her programs. Now the chief learning officer at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Andrea Procaccino joins us to share some real-life integration examples from her work with David at Johnson & Johnson, Avon and NYP. Plus, discover how Andrea's intentional focus on learning innovations has fostered her own career growth.
