Terms & Conditions for the Provision of the Pay Per Click (PPC) Credit Purchase Service

The following terms and conditions govern the purchase of the Pay Per Click (PPC) Credit Purchase service via the eLearningIndustry.com Platform (“Platform”) by clients of the Platform (hereinafter referred to as “Clients” or "Client").

Clients can expect:

  • Clicks per month: 10-1000 based on eLearning Vendor’s Monthly Budget
  • Conversion Rates: 1,23% - 12,58%* based on eLearning Vendor’s Landing Page
  • Monthly performance reports.

* Your PPC Marketing Advisor will consult you on how to build an effective Landing Page that will drive conversions.

Clients are expected to deliver and commit to the following:

  • Client must create/update a directory listing
  • Client must select a Landing Page to send traffic to (Demo, Free Trial, Contact Us).
  • Client has to allocate a Monthly Budget (Minimum $250) and select the individual countries they would like to target.
  • Client must setup the assigned conversion tracking code to be able to track conversions.
  • Client has to load a valid credit card.
  • Credits will be deducted at the end of each month based on the number of clicks your PPC Campaign generated.

Kindly note that the full amount of PPC credits purchased ($5,000) must be spent within 6 months from the purchase date. In case the credits are not spent within this timeframe, they can not be transferred to different months.
