Terms & Conditions for the Provision of the Pay Per Lead for LMS Software Service

The following terms and conditions govern the purchase of the Pay Per Lead for LMS Software service via the eLearningIndustry.com Platform (“Platform”) by clients of the Platform (hereinafter referred to as “Clients” or "Client").

Clients can expect:

  • Lead quantity: 1-50 leads per month*
    *Number of Leads depends on the criteria specified in the Vendor’s Lead Form.

    • Contact information:
      • Name
      • Job title
      • Business email
      • Phone number
      • Prior LMS buying experience
      • Purchase authority
    • Company details:
      • Industry
      • Number of employees
      • Region
      • Annual revenue
      • Trainees’ educational level
    • LMS needs:
      • Number of users
      • Specs
      • Use case
      • Deployment type
      • 3rd party integrations
    • Estimated Budget:
      • Pricing model
      • Pricing expectations and total budget
    • Implementation timeframe:
      • 1–3 months
      • 3–6 months
      • 6–12 months
      • 12+ months

Clients are expected to deliver and commit to the following:

  • The client must create/update a directory listing.
  • The client must fill in a Vendor Lead form with the requirements of the leads that they are willing to purchase and set their campaign to Running.
  • The client has to download and sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) which ensures that both parties (the Client and the Platform) are compliant with International Data Protection Regulations.
  • The client has to enter a valid credit card.
  • The client will be notified every time there is a new lead that fits their criteria
  • Pricing is dynamic and each lead comes at a different price that depends on the criteria specified on the Vendor Lead form.
  • The client acknowledges that each lead can be purchased by up to 5 vendors.
