Terms & Conditions for the Provision of the Premium Webinar Service

The following terms and conditions govern the purchase of the Premium Webinar service via the eLearningIndustry.com Platform (“Platform”) by clients of the Platform (hereinafter referred to as “Clients” or "Client").

Clients can expect:

  • Registrations: 200–350*

* Provided that you include a registration form with your webinar. This number is highly dependent on the topic you select, as well as the number of questions you choose to include in the registration form. Our digital marketing team is happy to help you select an effective webinar title based on your marketing needs.

Clients are expected to deliver and commit to the following:

  • In order to guarantee the implementation of all required promo activities, the client needs to choose an event day corresponding to a date at least 40 days after purchasing.
  • The client needs to fill the webinar storyboard (within 5 business days after the purchase date), including the title of the webinar, its description, the presenter’s bio, the lead information you would like to retrieve from the webinar registration form and other relevant information.
  • The client needs to provide all relevant content (text+images/photos) in the webinar storyboard and adhere to eLearning Industry's guidelines on text length and image size. If this does not happen, we cannot proceed to create the webinar's landing page. Please note that delays in the creation of the webinar will affect the promotion of the event.
  • The client also has the choice to include their own artwork as a banner on the webinar landing page. This artwork should be submitted or sent to the eLearning Industry team along with the storyboard. Please note that if the client sends artwork after submitting the storyboard, eLearning Industry has the right to reject this material.
  • The client has to create the presentation material (ppt. doc) according to the webinar’s needs. eLearning Industry will provide full technical support, production and webinar promotion management. Furthermore, there is the possibility of having individual speaker support with up to 5 preparation sessions hosted by a dedicated eLearning Industry Web Events Coach.
  • The client has the option to require users to fill out a registration form before they can register for the webinar. The client can choose up to 9 of the following registration questions to include in the form:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Business email
    • Job Title
    • Company Name
    • Company Country
    • Would you like to get a free consultation after the webinar?
    • Would you like to set up a call after the webinar?
    • Are you looking for an Authoring Tool at present?
    • Which Authoring tool are you currently using for eLearning?
    • Are you thinking of buying/replacing an LMS within the next 12 months?
    • Which LMS are you currently using?
    • Would you like to set up a demo after the webinar
  • The client has the option to add more fields to their registration form by paying an additional fee.
  • The client has to download, sign, and share with eLearning Industry a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) which ensures that both parties (your company & eLearning Industry) are compliant with International Data Protection Regulations.
