Whether you want to know who the 36th President of the United States was or to pay your cable bill, all you need is the internet. What might be more surprising, then, is the surge in the popularity of online personal training. While so much of what has been replaced by computers and the internet can be described as impersonal, that’s not the case with a well-crafted personal fitness program - that just so happens to be on the computer.
