Best Advance In Custom Content: National Center For PTSD - Skills Training In Affective And Interpersonal Regulation

Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation (STAIR) is a systematic approach to teaching people living with PTSD how to manage their symptoms and regulate their emotions in such a way as to successfully reintegrate into society after a traumatic event. It was originally developed as handbook for a therapist to use in person with a small group of patients that meet once a week for twelve weeks. This project was essentially a re-design to optimize the STAIR approach for an individualized, self-paced, online experience.

Activities include guided meditations, guided self-reflection culminating in completion of the “feelings monitoring form” (an important component of any cognitive processing therapy), branching conversation models, video and audio demonstrations, and a full dashboard with checkpoints that allow the learner to visualize his or her own progress.

Best Advance In Custom Content: Manhattan Associates - Inventory Operations

Manhattan Associates had a need to increase awareness around inventory optimization—including the roles of replenishment analysts and planners. The course focused on informing large audiences on the process and concept of optimizing inventory.

The content focused on various points in the inventory optimization process. It allowed learners to make key decisions about inventory and transportation, and then provided them the chance to see how their decisions affect other aspects of the supply chain.
