Three Leading Industry Groups Awarded HDS Academy
Global IT solutions company Hitachi Data Systems (HDS) knew that implementing Area9 Learning’s adaptive solution generated great business results, and that the resulting programs were some of the most innovative in the industry. Now leading industry groups have agreed.
ATD Award
The Association for Talent Development (ATD), the world’s largest professional membership association that supports those who develop the knowledge, skills, and performance improvement of employees and organizations, recognized HDS Academy as a 2016 BEST award winner. HDS Academy was recognized for the work done in transforming the delivery of training in innovative ways through training that adapts to the learners needs.
CLO Award
The Chief Learning Officer Learning in Practice awards recognized HDS Academy for demonstrating excellence in the design and delivery of employee development including programs built around the Area9 adaptive solution.
Brandon Hall Group Excellence Award
Brandon Hall Group’s Excellence Award Program is often referred to as the “Academy Awards” by learning, talent, and business executives. It recognizes the best organizations that have successfully developed and deployed programs, strategies, modalities, processes, systems, and tools that have achieved measurable results. John Kostek from HDS Academy received the bronze award in the Emerging Stars category for the work done designing a development program that included Area9’s adaptive solution as a core component.
