Chicago, IL: Learning and development executives from some of the world’s most iconic companies will come together for three days of networking, learning, and collaboration at the August edition of the 2016 CLO Exchange.

Kimo Kippen, Chief Learning Officer of Hilton Worldwide will define innovation from a learning and development perspective and illustrate ways to create a culture of innovation in his Day 2 session, The Innovation Imperative.

Andy Billings, Vice President of Profitable Creativity and Co-Founder of EA University of Electronic Arts, will share EA’s transformation that kept the company afloat during difficult times in his Day 2 session, Near-Death: The Transformation Story of Electronic Arts. Some key highlights from this session include: shifting from a retail product mindset to a digital/service mindset, developing creative leaders into transformation evangelists, inciting a revolution for profitability and more.

Carra Simmons, Vice President of Learning & Development of State Farm will draw upon her experience to discuss ways to improve customer experience, increase efficiency, increase proficiency, and reduce costs through implementation of knowledge management in her Day 2 session, Meeting Enterprise Needs Through Knowledge Management.

Dr. Britt Andreatta, Senior Learning Consultant for Talent Development and Leadership for LinkedIn, will inspire the audience to leverage neuroscience to create a “growth mindset” culture to achieve organizational goals in her Day 3 session, The Neuroscience of Talent Development.

Other business-focused speaking sessions will be led by learning and development executives from Cigna, Siemens, Caterpillar, Steelcase and more!
