20 New Learning Pool Jobs - Join The Award-Winning Team

Recruiting across all departments, from graphic design to software development, this drive represents a fantastic opportunity to join Learning Pool’s award-winning team. The high calibre roles offer impressive remuneration to match the appointments.

Louise McElvaney, Director of People and Performance explains more:

“Our team is brimming with talent and I’m excited about our plans to integrate our new people and support them on their journey. Whether it’s preparing our customers for new and emerging technologies, gamification in e-learning, or the very latest in next generation learning systems, Learning Pool is leading the way and our team is the driving force, making it all possible.”

These new appointments will build on the company’s commitment to deliver innovative solutions and an excellent quality of service to the two million people Learning Pool expects to train in 2019.

Ciara Deery, a recently promoted member of the customer care team, said today of her experience:

“I was over the moon when I was given the opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing tech companies in the UK. My confidence has rocketed, and I’ve grown as a person in every respect, all thanks to the fantastic support and opportunities to further my career. I’m looking forward to my next challenge, as a learning consultant, building on our reputation as providing a world- class service to our customers’.”

Learning Pool recently announced annual revenues have increased more than 40% year on year. The acquisition of Scottish e-learning provider in February 2018, Media Corp, has already seen their staff numbers rise to over 140, and 20 new roles mean a further increase of 13% in the next few months.

Paul McElvaney, Learning Pool CEO said:

“We’re really proud to be creating more new jobs throughout the UK. One of our greatest achievements so far has been to give people career opportunities and many of our senior team are testament to this ethos.”

Paul describes Learning Pool’s culture as being “challenging, rewarding and fun”.

“The team aspire to make the business a great place to work and is a place where they can achieve their ambitions. The result is that they work hard and are recognised for that. Best of all they are part of something we all believe in and we think is pretty special”.
