San Francisco, Calif., August 9, 2018 — For years, SweetRush has followed a path that is unique in the industry: Forgoing a sales department, the company has instead invested in developing a team of highly qualified Solution Architects. These consummate experts are the first people clients encounter at SweetRush, and their main focus is proposing creative solutions to solve business challenges. Recently, that team increased its strength with the addition of Caitlin Graves.
Caitlin joins SweetRush with a strong background in marketing, sales, and project management. Her Learning and Development (L&D) experience began at Allen Interactions, where she partnered with thought leaders and strategists to launch their outreach and education platforms. She then joined LearningLens, a learning solutions and change management start-up in Minneapolis, to oversee client development and engagement.
“I have worked in customer service for the duration of my career, long before entering the L&D industry. Ultimately, I’m a customer-focused person through and through. Building lasting relationships and developing positive rapport with our clients and partners is at the foundation of everything I do,” said Caitlin. “I have also been lucky to work with a variety of amazing mentors along the way. Among other things, they taught me strong instructional-design methodologies and how to think outside of the box. This has allowed me to be successful in helping companies meet goals with innovative, creative solutions.”
With the inclusion of Caitlin, SweetRush strengthens its one-of-a-kind approach to up-front consulting and business development. With its dynamic team of Solution Architects, SweetRush gives clients the opportunity to collaborate with a group of high-performing, business-savvy L&D experts.
“I love that when clients turn to us, they're actually turning to people who understand the industry and have a passion for understanding and addressing clients’ needs,” said Andrei Hedstrom, SweetRush Cofounder and CEO. “Our team of Solution Architects is at the front line of our services, and for us that means having people who are not only smart and creative, but who have good hearts. That's exactly what we saw in Caitlin and why we are thrilled she's on board with us.”
Caitlin lives in Stillwater, Minneapolis, on a small farm just outside the Twin Cities, with her husband and her two sons, Ben and Luke. Her hobbies at the farm include tending gardens, chasing chickens, and herding sheeps and goats—precisely the kind of activities that would prepare her to be successful at SweetRush.
