Jordan Cooper: Jordan Cooper was born and raised in Wenatchee, WA. After spending a little more than a decade as a golf professional, he transitioned his career to the technology industry. Prior to joining the team at WellSaid Labs, he held multiple business development roles with a Seattle-based tech company. In his current Customer Success position at WellSaid Labs, Jordan is the first point of contact for WellSaid’s customers, providing support, training, and knowledge to empower our users to create amazing content with our Voice Avatars. Katie Ducich: Katie Ducich joins WellSaid Labs from a background in early-stage biotech firms, including most recently, using machine learning to conduct research on COVID transmission. She believes strongly in ethical AI development and joined WellSaid Labs out of their mutual passion to pursue human speech development responsibly. In her operations role, she endeavors to guide customers seamlessly through the early phases of onboarding to create diverse and incredible content.
