Compliance learning programs are valuable and necessary, but let’s face it, no one really wants to do it. Due to poorly designed courses, endless box-ticking and irrelevant information, they have gotten a negative reputation. This has made it even more difficult for L&D and compliance departments to develop engaging and effective content.Based on these challenges, we have developed a global survey to explore common challenges and opportunities in compliance.
