Good for tracking employee tracking + compliance. If you need multiple tenancies, get it!

What do you like best? It’s neat and clean, very easy to use. You can have different branding and content. It really makes it easy for admins to customize anything you like for maximum impact. If you want to track employee training and compliance, it’s legit. It’s also good that you can use it to store forms/templates or any other employee shared information you might need handy.
What do you dislike? Well, even though I like it a lot, some times, loading course content is a bit clunky. I think it has to do with how the system is structured. It would be better if it was a step-by-step process, rather than us having to mess with the settings. Let’s hope in future updates they won’t leave room for errors for whoever is setting it up.

What do you like best? I like how intuitive this platform is! It was a piece of cake to set it up and even easier to use. It’s very cool that you can easily customize branding. We had no problem match it to our existing style guide. Acorn fits seamlessly into our entire ecosystem!
What do you dislike? None! Very happy with the platform. It suits our organization completely. It would be great if they allowed start up pricing… It’s certainly much more than a compliance tick box.

What do you like best? What’s not to like? It does everything you want an LMS to do, and then some. Get everything done with fewer clicks and easy reporting. Other LMS providers I’ve talked to are all words just to sell but their platform is lacking major features. On the contraty, the Acorn team brings an exemplary platform. We’ve gained a lot from using their multi-tenancy functionality.
What do you dislike? Even thought their platform is very intuitive, I can’t say the same about their catalogues. Nothing major to note though as a disadvantage. If you’re in the staffing industry it’s a good choice.

What do you like best? Overall a fantastic product! Acorn has helped us to significantly cut down on administration activities. It’s great that it can automatically do so much for us! If you need a tool to navigate learners and administrators it’s a good solution. One of Acorns’s massive advantages is its integration with other systems. I like how clean it is and that it gives a fresh look to online learning. There are many great features you can use.
What do you dislike? Nothing much to say here. Their support is good, always there when we need them. What I would like, is to be able to customize some sections. like fonts and colors of text. But besides that it has all that we need.

What do you like best? What I like best about Acorn LMS is that right from the initail set up, we were able to add our training programs and commence people immediately. It’s an easy to use system, and at the end of the day that’s all an admin really needs. Plus, it’s also very simple for learners. I love how it can handle large volumes of interactions with no issues at all. You can literally have hundreds of students at various stages of training and it works perfectly!
What do you dislike? I’ve discovered that sometimes the same student was enrolled in other training packages that were not chosen by me, while I was the only one doing the student enrollments.

What do you like best? It’s very user friendly and visually pleasing. No problems with the integration of the LMS; it was an overnight success. Our staff loves the functionality that allows you to register for multiple face to face courses. We were set super fast and everyone was happy that we have a way to complete online learning. As a facilitator, I really like that I can print off attendance sheets. Also, there’s a great range of reports that are very accurate.
What do you dislike? Sometimes the system seems to be running slowly because of the big number of courses we need to create. However, they’ve been trying to improve it gradually. As an extra addition, I’d like to see the dev team create a user profile feature. It will be really helpful. Another plus is their exceptional technical support. Very experienced people!

What do you like best? With Acorn we’ve managed to improve our onboarding and compliance processes. The dashboard customization is something I really like. It’s simple, yet helps familiarize our volunteer base with our brand. Kudos to their support team for it’s quick and easy implementation.
What do you dislike? I can’t find a single fault during these first 6 months we’ve been using it. Works great for admins and learners aside. The feedback we’re getting is positive.

What do you like best? Very happy with it, it’s been 6 years now and counting. It’s is a true one stop shop for all L&D needs that our staff has. It’s awesome that you can customize it to suit your needs as you go. Personally, I’ve enjoyed a lot the live learning function where you can book live learning events. It’s very helpful for learners as they can see upcoming events on their calendar. Also, we’ve been using the reporting functions to check what our learners are up to.
What do you dislike? Although no software is perfect, I haven't encountered any major issue with the platform. Yes, you might encounter tiny bugs here and there, as well as a learning curve from both an admin and a user perspective.

What do you like best? The best thing about Acorn is how user-friendly it is. Plus, it’s fully customizaable! Meaning you get to create various learning opportunities for your users. My favorite key feature is the way you can easily build reports. I like how I can pull comprehensive sets of data and get to know my learner audience better. It’s API function works like a charm!
What do you dislike? All is well. It’s clear that this team has create a platform with the user in mind. In case of an issue, their support has always managed to find solutions to my problems. What I would like them to improve, though, is their survey tool.

What do you like best? If you’re like, me you must have tried about a dozen of LMS platforms out there. While looking for an LMS we got a demo for at least 6 tools. It was clear that Acorn was the way to go. Too bad we didn’t try it sooner, we would have saved plenty of time searching and testing. I was really impressed with how easy-to-use Acorn is. I’m telling you, you won’t be disappointed with this decision. After figuring out all the basics, I’m very happy with it.
What do you dislike? Nothing to complain, great overall. I like how responsive their support team is. Those guys are incredible! Being in the same timezone with them really works. No issues with the onboarding, very easy to comprehend. If I could make one addition, that would be to expand the content library and maybe make reporting a bit more complex. From what I know, they’ve been planning a deeper content library on the compliance front.
