I loved this platform! CertCentral is great for coach education.
What do you like best?
Through an educational video series, we tested the platform with more than 300 volunteer youth coaches. We were able to track who completed the course and got excellent feedback on it. If you want a tool to easily set up your program, it is an excellent solution. Its tracking capabilities are great, and the cost is not too much for a size group of 300-400 users.
What do you dislike?
The training completion tracking can use some improvement. For example, it would be much easier be able to mark everyone that has completed the course or group them so each time we go back to check for a group of people, we don't have to go through all the past course completions. Other than that, it has good functionality and is less costly compared to others.

What do you like best?
CertCentral is a terrific solution. It has helped me and my team make our first steps into the online continuous education world. Most of our courses are created from live presentations. We develop training around different issues that interest nurses, health providers, alcohol and drug use counselors, social workers, etc. The software is really intuitive and has enhanced the way we use online CEU to address needs. It's great that we can accommodate our video courses in the system.
What do you dislike?
I'd say there are only a few minor things that their team needs to keep an eye on. For example, the font default is gray instead of black. Also, sometimes we need to guess to determine the correct font size. Other than that, we love it!

Training and certification made easy! This system is awesome; it makes everything more streamlined.
What do you like best?
It will make your work life much easier if you're a trainer or HR. With CertCentral we can train and certify large groups of employees. What I like more is that even if they work in remote locations, the system solves this issue and saves us traveling costs! It is an effective solution that makes managing everything more efficient. What I like most is that it's an easy-to-use platform.
What do you dislike?
I can't say I have any complaints; Our overall experience with CertCentral has been very positive. Good pricing as well. Their customer service is also exceptional. They helped us customize the platform to our needs (the online chat help is very responsive).

If you want an intuitive tool to train potential collaborators, it's the perfect solution.
What do you like best?
certcentral has helped me offer training to potential collaborators. Instead of wasting time on the same training material with different candidates, I can now create new courses. Best of all, the courses can be taken by as many candidates as I want, no more pointless repetitions of teaching the same things over and over. Mainly because they help trainers like me evaluate candidates. By doing so, I can determine who is the best suitable new member to join my team.
What do you dislike?
I'm very happy with certcentral so far; no complaints to point out. Its interface is simple and user-friendly, plus it offers plenty of full of features. If I think of any improvements, I'll request their customer support to look into the matter and make updates.
