Great looking learning management system, engaging and eay to use
What do you like best?
Biggest thing for me is the gamification at the heart of the UI. The user interface is easy to use and I like that it will be configured to the branding of organisation. The skills gap analysis and content recommendations are excellent.
What do you dislike?
Pricing is suited to larger organisations rather than startups but that's OK, you get what you pay for I guess.

A Great company with great support and a robust LMS
What do you like best?
The support from Digits is great - they endeavour to understand our business needs and offer real solutions to the challenges
What do you dislike?
over customisation has been an issue in the past but the company has done their utmost to address this.

Great people to deal with, a really user friendly system too.
What do you like best?
The people at Digits, the ease of use of the system once you've found your feet with it. It is really easy to navigate and produce reports.
What do you dislike?
Not a dislike as such, but we weren't using an LMS before moving to Digits/Glo, and found it an incredibly steep learning curve. My only advice for newcomers to the LMS world is allow lots of time.

Moved on heaps and bounds from the last platform, i think its great!
What do you like best?
The visual elements such as donuts, widgets etc. The opportunity to upload photos to create a nice thumbnail into each course was also good.
What do you dislike?
System is too slow and this is regular feedback we have from other users within our business. Really can't think of anything else.

Malleable is the best way to describe Glo, it helps you get to wherever you want to go!
What do you like best?
The functionality helps businesses to create and configure a system to work for them; instead of having to bend the business around a system. Whatever you're trying to do the system seems to have multiple ways of tackling it. Thanks to Glo we're now in a position to be more creative with how employees learn and develop.
What do you dislike?
When everything's working its hard to pin down something I dislike about the system. Sometimes the system can feel a bit slow with regards to loading pages.

Visually good and just what we need in an LMS to ensure we deliver/capture our development needs!
What do you like best?
The simplicity is good and the ability to customise is important to us in allowing us to put our own stamp on things. Not only does the platform allow us to deliver/capture our develepment needs, it also allows us to meet our regulatory/compliance commitments and provide adequate reporting. Also the service you get is personable and good. If you do encounter any issues the management team within this supplier is on hand to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
What do you dislike?
There's nothing I vigorously dislike about the system/platform. Moving from another platform to this platform was a positive move although there is always going to be things and/or functionality you have in the old version that you still would like. There's more positives than negatives!

Easy to use and innovative platform with a great look and feel
What do you like best?
How the platform can be fully customised to meet our needs and the support provided by Digits to maximise the development opportunity for our business.
What do you dislike?
There are still some development niggles with the platform, however; the support team are always there to help.

It's brilliant, does exactly what it should and is reliable!
What do you like best?
The usability is brilliant, I have had to carry out many training sessions and its always grasped pretty quickly.
What do you dislike?
Reports aren't customisable by myself. I am aware of another LMS where you can build your own reports from the system by selecting the information. That being said, the amount of reports within the system is fantastic!

I think the system is easy to use and easy to pick up if new.
What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to navigate round and works well within our business and our business needs...
What do you dislike?
Sometime the system can run a bit slow, however, it is most likely because we have a lot of data within it.

It’s a great idea and comes in very useful for the company
What do you like best?
Easy to use and the system makes it very easy to train new people on. Will definitely be looking at using after the trial
What do you dislike?
There isn’t really much bad about glo learn. I found t easy to use and work round which is the main thing for me so I don’t have negative comments

Useful tool for L&D team and managers, good look and feel for users
What do you like best?
The system has a good visual impact for users as it highlights what is required for them meaning they can adopt a self service type process.
What do you dislike?
The inability to create and edit reports and publish for all users. Having this functionality would allow us to create a wider impact with the data available.

Fun and encouraging to use. Easy to navigate and very interactive.
What do you like best?
The journey aspect. We were shown how these worked in our training and how existing clients use these. Branding was lovely as well.
What do you dislike?
There isnt much. I would most likely say the configuration aspect to emails and the pages. This can come across slightly confusing.

Extremely, helpful and knowledgeable. Quite simply they get what’s required and deliver.
What do you like best?
The team understand the needs of the business and take time to ensure they meet your needs. They push you to challenge your usage and requirements whilst trying their absolute best to maximise the features that will help you be more effective in data management. Importantly they make the complicated stuff seem really easy... and even when I still didn’t understand it they took the time to take me through the processes and journey. A great bunch of people to have worked with.
What do you dislike?
Having to choose what we couldn’t have to meet our budgets!! ;) overall like all systems you need to get your head round how it worked but actually how it was explained meant I understood and have nothing to say which can meet this category of question.

Agile and adapts constantly to our network's needs, and our own back office requirements, which are extensive

Brilliant blended learning product that engages users
What do you like best?
Gamification and unique approach to learning through journeys. Ability to manage multiple learning requirements and provide mandatory and voluntary training in multiple formats to all staff or selected groups
What do you dislike?
There are so many possibilities within the system it can be complex to implement all of the required workflows

It meets the needs of our diverse network of Automobile, Motorcycle ATV and Marine Dealers
What do you like best?
The system provides a great platform for a diverse variety of learning materials and allows full control of bookings and resource allocation.
What do you dislike?
Some functionality seems a little over complex and would benefit in less process steps required to achieve the desired result.

An extremely flexible, customisable and intuitive platform.
What do you like best?
Sometimes we have some crazy ideas that need to be implemented on very short timescales. It's great to be able to take a core product and personalise it to suit our ever-changing needs. Digits always go the extra mile to help us achieve our goals and deliver a product that is well received by the end user.
What do you dislike?
Any dislikes are normally because we come up with a 'nice-to-have' and have to wait for it to be implemented. Our 'dislikes' often become a thing of the past because the system is always being updated with great new features that enhance the usability.

Easy, Efficent, Frendily, Reliable and the future for all Learning platforms
What do you like best?
How easy the system is to use and how easy it can be customised for our users from learning journey to TNA's and also how it fits in with our Field based colleagues. Glo does it all. Digits listen to feedback and work close with ourselves to ensure that future ideas and feedback provided is used to develop more into the future developments of GLO.
What do you dislike?
Hard to say as everything ticks the box, GLO is developed on feedback from clients so if an issue is there, Digits do their upmost to rectify it in future versions.

Digits are flexible to adapt it to my company's expectations and needs
What do you like best?
It is fairly easy to use for users as soon as they spend a bit of time in it. Digits have been flexible to add or remove functionalities for us when needed
What do you dislike?
It can be very limiting in the way it works for us to add learning etc. Our biggest limitation is the fact that the system does not adapt to time-zones and our business if in 14 locations. This makes running face to face workshop extremely difficult outside the UK and we had to disable the calendar invitation functionality because of it.
