It transforming our onboarding process with seamless implementation
What do you like best?
We’ve wanted to move our onboarding paperwork online for years. I'm glad we found EMP Trust HR. It made a huge difference in our business. One of the standout aspects was the incredible support we received throughout the entire implementation process. Our dedicated rep was there every step of the way, providing guidance and ensuring we had the necessary customizations to fit our needs. Even after the platform went live, they were available to help us fine-tune the system.
What do you dislike?
Honestly, I don’t have any major complaints. Any roadblocks or issues we faced were quickly resolved with the help of our account rep, which made the overall experience smooth and stress-free. EMP Trust HR has successfully helped us transition from a paper-based onboarding process to an efficient, fully digital solution. Can’t wait to start using the platform’s additional features!

solid platform with some implementation challenges
What do you like best?
One of the standout features of EMP Trust HR is how quickly we can get new employees started. This has significantly improved our onboarding speed. The system is also relatively easy to track once you have your pages set up correctly. While the initial setup can be a bit tricky, experimenting with different configurations helps you find what works best. EMP Trust HR offers great value for the cost, and employees have found the platform fairly intuitive compared to other systems we've tried.
What do you dislike?
The biggest challenge we've faced is occasional technical issues within our portal. Additionally, finalizing a process that works seamlessly for our entire team has been challenging. Completing the final touches of our setup has proven more time-consuming than anticipated. Be aware that the test environment may differ slightly from the live platform. While the integration with ESR initially required some adjustments, theυ released an update that successfully addressed our concerns.

What do you like best?
Before we partnered with EmpTrust, our onboarding process relied heavily on manual paperwork, which was time-consuming and inefficient. The platform changed everything — it gave us a secure, flexible, and structured way to manage new hire onboarding. I really like how I can create customized workflows and gather essential documents securely. Additionally, integrating their ATS (Applicant Tracking System) further improved our hiring process by automating steps and improving our overall workflow.
What do you dislike?
While our experience with EmpTrust has been overwhelmingly positive, I would love to have more flexibility in customizing document templates and adjusting formatting options. Expanding these capabilities would make the platform even more versatile.

Exceptional customer support with EMP Trust HR team, great tool!
What do you like best?
All in all, this tool has been instrumental in helping us achieve full I-9 and E-Verify compliance. What I love about EMP Trust HR is their outstanding customer service. Whenever we have a challenging I-9 question or run into a tricky situation, their support team was on it. There's no frustrating hold time or being transferred to overseas call centers — you get access to knowledgeable experts who provide clear, helpful guidance. This level of support has made a huge difference for us.
What do you dislike?
While the platform itself is effective, some features aren't as intuitive as they could be. There are certain functions that require guidance or training to use properly. That might slow things down initially for some users. Leaving that aside, the platform has simplified what was once a complex process, ensuring our documentation is accurate and compliant with legal standards.

The ease of use is by far the best part! EMP Trust HR boasts some intuitive modules that make it simple to manage onboarding for multiple employees at once. That’s been a huge time saver for our HR team. Give it a try especially if your organization is conducting mass hiring events. The platform helps improve time management and ensure a smooth, efficient onboarding experience for both HR teams and new hires.
What do you dislike?
The biggest challenge comes when creating forms with numerous fillable fields or detailed questions. Setting these up can be time-consuming and requires careful attention to detail. Ensuring everything looks professional and functions properly demands patience, and it's helpful to have multiple team members review the final setup for quality assurance.

Since switching to EMP Trust HR all onboarding issues are gone!
What do you like best?
If you're looking for an efficient way to manage your onboarding paperwork, I highly recommend EMP Trust HR. Its user-friendly platform has allowed me to focus more on other areas of my job without worrying about paperwork errors or delays. Plenty of standout features. It saves me valuable time that I used to spend chasing down incomplete or inaccurate forms. My account manager has also been incredibly responsive and helpful. Made the implementation phase easy.
What do you dislike?
Before using EMP Trust HR, we relied on PDFs for new hire paperwork, which often led to mistakes and required a lot of back-and-forth communication. The tools is great. The only drawback I’ve experienced is that adding new paperwork to a new hire package can be a bit complex. A more streamlined process for this task would make things even better. Other than that, I haven't encountered any major issues.

What do you like best?
EMP Trust HR has delivered incredible value to our organization. Transitioning our distributed workforce’s onboarding process was a huge challenge, but EMP Trust made it manageable. Their team was incredibly patient and supportive. They seamlessly integrated our existing vendors and continue to support us in managing and moving our data. One of the biggest time-savers is that we no longer need to update tax forms manually. A huge relief when operating in multiple states.
What do you dislike?
Occasionally, we’ve encountered communication issues, but this is usually because our team wasn’t clear enough about what we needed or why. Once expectations are defined, EMP Trust HR is quick to deliver. I highly recommend giving EMP Trust HR a try. It's by far the best value in the industry.

A reliable I-9 solution with great integration when it comes to ATS
What do you like best?
A valuable solution for managing onboarding and I-9 compliance. One of the biggest advantages of EMP Trust HR is its seamless integration with our current ATS. This made implementation smooth and allowed us to keep our existing processes intact. The platform's reporting capabilities are also impressive, offering much better insights than our previous solution. Kudos to their support team, it’s highly accessible and provides excellent service.
What do you dislike?
The EMP Trust portal could be more intuitive. Navigating between pages can be a bit clunky, and you must be on the correct page to perform actions on a new hire's record. This learning curve makes the system less user-friendly at times. A search feature with a quick-view option for new hires' progress would greatly improve navigation and streamline the process. However, it’s definitely worth exploring, with plenty of robust features.

Finally A Reliable Remote Hiring Solution with Strong Support
What do you like best?
I’d say mobile accessibility is one of the most impressive features of EMP Trust HR. New hires' ability to access the platform via their mobile devices and upload documents digitally has saved us so much time. Not only did it help us streamline hiring during COVID restrictions, but it also helped ensure compliance. There are plenty of flexible options for document verification, such as using the N3 notary network, PAN, or self-assigned verification. Simply love it!
What do you dislike?
We operate under a parent company with multiple business units, and I’d prefer if recruiters could be restricted to viewing only their specific units. It’s possible this functionality exists, but if so, I’m not yet aware of it. Their support team is awesome — I consistently receive quick, helpful responses whenever I need assistance.

The software itself is easy to navigate, making it simple for our team to manage onboarding processes efficiently. Best feature? Its seamless integration with E-Verify. I love how it has significantly improved our compliance processes and reduced manual work. Great support team and very knowledgable! Even after implementation, their commitment to customer support remained strong, ensuring any questions or concerns were quickly addressed.
What do you dislike?
The only downside we’ve experienced is that while the platform is web-based, some pages take a little longer to load when navigating through the system. This may be due to the large amount of data stored in our database. However, it might not be an issue for everyone. I would highly recommend it to any organization seeking a reliable and effective HR solution for streamlining onboarding and ensuring compliance.
