They are not ready to compete with their competitors but still want to charge the same
What do you like best?
There is nothing great that I can say. They roped us into purchasing the software before we were ready and then tried to gouge us for thousands to help us implement our training material when we found it to cumbersome to do ourselves. It would have taken us months to create our training on their platform because of how they have their platform organized on the back-end.
What do you dislike?
It's extremely difficult to import your training materials and create training modules. You'll need their assistance to create your program the way you want it but they will want to charge you thousands to do so but they won't tell you that until you have already signed up. Their platform has the user experience of a software that is still in the form of an MVP and with limited functionality but they want to charge you the same as their competitors.
