What do you like best? I like the ease of being able to train on the same platform, and easy to monitor staff training levels.

What do you dislike? Sometimes glitches and doesn't let you finish the course you're on, and when I email to help I Don't always get a response.

Hi Natalie. I was concerned to read your comment about lack of response as this is unususal, so decided to investigate myself & I apologise for your inconvenience. I can see 1 email you sent on a Sunday which received a late response. We're closed Sunday & the member of staff in question was away on Monday, their reply sent to you Tuesday AM. What do you like best? Ability to complete courses required for work with ease, lots of variety and like I said works well for many different roles and positions.

What do you dislike? Occasionally the app freezes but nothing a quick refresh can’t fix, customer service was very quick to respond too.

What do you like best? It’s app based so easy to access and use. My team are able to access it easily to complete training.

What do you dislike? When it doesn’t work as expected, it can be frustrating but support is great and easy to access.

Thanks for your review. We are consistently engineering to improve and develop new features so the odd time we may hit a glitch if there's a conflict so if we have, sorry about that. I think all the best software companies in the world are updating patches at times, its par for the course. I'm glad you accessed or support network quickly. You can always call us directly too and speak with a real person. We are rapidly growing but our service standard will always be fantastic.

What do you like best? The amount of choices that you have. There are so many courses available to Management and Staff and fun to complete.

What do you dislike? Other than initially getting used to the new system, I can’t really think of anything that I don’t really like.

What do you like best? The interactive videos and questionnaires, the way how drawing shows and explain possible situations are reliable and useful

What do you dislike? The way sometimes doesn’t make you complete the stage if you forget to click something in the learning course

When using a built-in course, we build them so content cannot be skipped, otherwise the learning objectives become redundant. If content was skipped and the Career Path as a result completed, the Learner wouldn't necessarily have completed what was required of them. What do you like best? Great, easy-to-use training platform. I'm impressed with the support we received when setting up. It's easy to get your head around from an admin point of view. Every day users found it simple to use too.

What do you dislike? I haven't experienced any downsides yet. It works exactly as expected. I hope it carries on the same going forward.

What do you like best? Very flexible, makes it very easy to create career paths and have all staff trained on what they need.

What do you dislike? No issues. It is improving all the time. It pulls in users automatically from our HR software, one day I'd like to see the integration develop to show completed courses in that platform.

What do you like best? The human interaction is key. Ease of use and personalisation of our training plans. The end user experience is very intuitive and easily explained.

What do you dislike? So far so good. I don’t really have any dislikes. The extra functionality we require as a business is always looked at and developed if possible.

We're not stopping there are our amazing AI course creator will be available Aug 24 along with the new feed which is as intuitive as WhatsApp groups & Messenger and as visual and easy as Facebook. You can automatically invite users to right communication channels based on role & location. Communicate every day tasks, shifts, company updates and company camaraderie. That way employees will use the platform for every day tasks and communication with their company.

What do you like best? Reports are quickly generated and give a clear picture of the estate and what locations we need to chase. The back of the system is easy to use, as is the use interface. I have recommended it to other brands looking for a robust training platform, for a reasonable monthly or annual cost. The technical support is also excellent.

What do you dislike? Nothing really. It's a great platform, easy to use, very competitively priced, and is manageable from a cost perspective for our franchise partners. Nothing negative to mention.

What do you like best? The part I like the most is being able to create our own courses. I especially like being able to make them interactive for our users.

What do you dislike? I would say that the part I like the least would be that we didn't find out about them sooner! The team are great

We're not stopping there are our amazing AI course creator will be available in late Aug 24 along with the new feed which will replace the need for clients to use both Facebook and WhatsApp to communicate with your workforce.

What do you like best? The platform is easy to navigate, visual and not overwhelmed with information. It suits all levels of computing skills, and instills confidence in its users. The dashboard is visual, managers and team members get find out what needs to be completed easily. The platform is built with great bitesize "need to know" modules that tick all the boxes !

What do you dislike? For me right now, the function to get a number or % of completed multiple courses or team members could be more simple for the managers. There is a back end work around which is fab, but if it this part were to be a* for me this would be it.

What do you like best? I dreamt of a bespoke online training platform specific to our business for our colleagues. My vision was to have this built for us. But expert LMS allowed us to use their white-labelled software to develop our platform far ahead of time. I particularly like how we can access training qualifications for our industry and seamlessly integrate these into curriculums with our bespoke training specific to our business.

What do you dislike? If we update our curriculums the process to make these changes can be time-consuming as there are several steps. I would like to see more data in various graph formats.

What do you like best? The videos, multiple choice questions and interactive parts help to keep the learner engaged. This way it caters to different learning styles. Mike Senior has been great, helping deal with any issues swiftly.

What do you dislike? Some of the videos are older which people could find offputting. Also, some videos/text is Americanised which is not always appropriate for those of us in the UK.

What do you like best? All staff training that we need for our business is in one place, easily accessible and we are able to customise it to our business. I can track the training people have completed for compliance purposes.

What do you dislike? That i need to use another provider for 1-1 training for our in depth first aid training, spectator safety, fire marshal training.

What do you like best? Its functionality, the various courses available and the management elements are all great. The soft sell approach from Mike was also a real positive.

What do you dislike? It’s probably a bit early for me to have much of an opinion on what’s least to like presently . I suspect that some training material might not quite fit what we need. But something is much better than nothing.
