For sure, they've helped us launch our learning programs successfully. Highly recommended tool!
What do you like best?
What I like most is having the ability to build courses and change them. It's great that the system allows having test users before any course is launched, helping us deliver a professional result. I enjoy being able to create Knowledge checks like tests and quizzes with ease. Working with the staff at INCITE has been great since day one. The creators are open and available to discuss changes and updates when we need them.
What do you dislike?
The team at INCITE has been very easy to work with. They always offer great feedback on how to improve and enhance the learning experience with the software. What I felt was missing was the ability to make multifaceted quizzes with more options. For example, it would be great if we could combine different types of quiz options offered so that we can create more well-rounded quizzes.

If you want insights into training, it's the right tool for the job.
What do you like best?
INCITE has been an awesome tool for our team. Plus, our managers love it! The training programs we create get the visibility they deserve, right down to the associate level. Best of all, we can track compliance across the whole organization. Monitoring progress and success hasn't been easier... I couldn't praise their support team enough. They've been amazing and always ready to help. What I like most is that they always reach out to us as new features are added to the platform.
What do you dislike?
Even though INCITE supports an automated feature to feed our employee files from our HR system, we do not use it.

A great tool to lead your team to success while making sure compliance standards are met.
What do you like best?
Even though we started using Incite as a Loss Prevention / Security training initiative, it has now transformed into a must-have tool that ties to our company goals and news announcements. For example, we use it to provide our teams with product release information and technology changes. Once our managers got comfortable with content creation, it was a piece of cake. Of course, it is not Facebook, Pinterest, Insta or Tic-Tok, but it can still be used for social collaboration.
What do you dislike?
Look, I don't want to paint a perfect picture. It's a great tool, but like with every program, creating content is the hardest part of it if you're new to this. Thankfully, their support team has proven to be really helpful. They've not only helped us get started with our content creation, but they've also made sure to guide us in using more enhanced functionalities.

An excellent tool to elevate your training and development programs for remote teams.
What do you like best?
Incite is incredibly easy and simple to use for creating content. We've managed to do so ourselves throughout different departments as well. Kudos to their support team for being so responsive every time we needed them. They've made our life so much easier with their customizations; they've adapted the system to our internal IT structure and customized the integration for us. We had no issue creating and uploading timely content in minutes.
What do you dislike?
It's a great learning system overall. Can't say I've noticed any cons. My only note is that they present it as a communication tool, but there's only one-way communication from the system to the users. I liked the survey function it has, but it is limited to multiple choice answers. Perhaps they'll enhance it in the near future.

Great product for onboarding and ongoing training programs.
What do you like best?
The whole team is enthused with this tool! Software is easy to launch and use. Being able to improve constantly and evolve is something we craved for. Within our team, we have multiple job functions with different policy/training needs, so we needed a tool that could deal with various aspects. INCITE offers a great experience even for newbies. I like that it allows us to support every training need individually.
What do you dislike?
You won't have difficulty creating your own content quickly and easily. If you haven't done this before, you can partner with the MMP team for additional support. Their customer service is always fast and very responsive. I do believe that to simplify deployment and access, the team at INCITE should create a web-based portal that allows training/testing to be conducted via a web browser.
