What do you like best? I love that you have control over the look of the user interface. I don't have to submit a ticket to change an image like I did with my previous system. The course building structure is easy to use and intuitive. It is great that I can build courses using videos and the built-in quiz tool.
What do you dislike? There are a few inconsistencies in the interface. For instance, you might see a field marked as required, but it isn't a required field.

A strong LMS if you want to deliver good customer training. Plus, they have great account support.

What do you like best? Intellum has been our go-to tool for the last 2 years for customer training. It has allowed us to scale our content quickly. How fast? Well, I'm proud to say that we managed to launch an academy with 10 hours of content! This training initiative has received high user ratings as well as industry awards. If we did it, you could do it too. I'd like to mention here that we hadn't used another LMS before Intellum.
What do you dislike? We did encounter some challenges while integrating our product with Intellum. But, everything was resolved with the help of their support since we had a unique set up. In the future, I'd like to see more flexibility when displaying and segmenting content.

What do you like best? Before deciding on Intellum, we went through several LMS systems. This platform can really do everything any other system couldn't, and more. On a rating scaling of 10, I say it gets at least 9/10. Its ease of use is great. From an HR & Training standpoint, you hardly need any training to be able to manage the system. Their customer support was always on top of things.
What do you dislike? The only thing I can think of is the total removal of users. When we first made our purchase, we created several test dummy accounts. After going live, we've marked them as inactive users, but we would like to be able to completely remove them from the system. We understand that this is for record purposes, but it would be nice to have the ability to remove accounts labeled as "Test," etc.

What do you like best? At first, we started using Intellum to enhance our Sales and Support functions. After all, these are the two departments in our organization that have the "heaviest" training needs. And I can say we made a good choice! What I appreciate most about this platform is that it enables us to build and customize a solution that fits our specific needs. Using a generic tool wouldn't make the cut for us.
What do you dislike? Look, this tool is simple and can be a good solution if you are just starting out with training. What I mean is that it has basic features. For a more gamified and visually compelling learning experience, you'll have to connect the platform with various other systems, as we did. This may be a burden for organizations or teams that need more functionality. However, the upside of being able to customize and marry systems together brings even more value to the tool internally.

What do you like best? They offer quality customer service when dealing with clients. Actually, their services have been one the best I've encountered. A dedicated rep helped me learn the tool easily. I don't regret having worked with Intellum!
What do you dislike? No complaints about this platform from my end. On the contrary, I highly recommend it! Finding a company that's attentive and efficient is difficult nowadays. Thank you for everything! I can't wait for the new system update :)

What do you like best? We never had an issue learning our way around the system. The admin articles are easy to follow. Besides, you can find detailed info on their Help Desk functionality. Or you can work with a support representative; they'll guide you step by step. All in all, the tool is easy to navigate. I love that it has multiple testing options. The staging environment really helped me a lot with branding organizations in production.
What do you dislike? It needs more development in terms of having various options. Surely, I can customize to a certain extent, but it would be great to enhance this part a bit. Also, I'm curious to see new enhancements on reporting, dashboards and analytics.
