What do you like best?
For proper management of learning materials across the different regions in my country for their social development
What do you dislike?
A one to one training after purchase of license and full access permission for the developers. I require full usage demo is required.

I think that learningbank is an easy and intuitive platform to access and do e-learning.
What do you like best?
I like that the platform is easy and intuitive for the user who needs to learn something in connection with a learning process. It is important that this process works easily and simply.
What do you dislike?
I find that it is a problem when we change existing modules and thus replace the old ones, then the user's completed learning material disappears. The challenge as I see it, is that it does not appear from the platform that they have already made a similar course and thus have to do it again in order to present a completed module.

Userfriendly and able to make a good overview of the possibilities
What do you like best?
The possibility to make an easy learning path and overview of a cycle. It looks easy for new employees when they use it for the first time.
What do you dislike?
I think it is a challenge to scale out to a large company, when there is changes in the learningmaterials. I dont think it is the platform, that is the problem, i think its the company, that has made it to difficult for the stores to use.

It is an easygoing platform that provides the right information, at the right time.
What do you like best?
As an administrator i find the overview amazing, especially when you dig into an individuel, where the information needed is provided quickly. Furthermore it is intuitive, so our new employees quickly gets the essentiels and therefore will be more relevant from the start.
What do you dislike?
I don't know if the issue is directed at LearningBank but sometimes there are issues with the ending of a module, so our employees have difficulties closing a learningpath. In accordance to the overview of learning module that are completed, then if i could decide my own timeframe instead of a fixed then i would be even more excited

The platform makes great sense, if the content is correct updated by the adminstators
What do you like best?
It's easy to use, it's relevant for the generations that we work with, and there is a better opportunity to make it fun to learn basic knowledge
What do you dislike?
It requires a lot of updates on the content which can be quite difficult to make sure that everything is updated if you are in a fast paced company

User friendly, intuitive software with lots of useful functions
What do you like best?
I really liked their AI feature and module maker which in combination allowed me to create content in no time. Moreover, their customer service was very fast and helpful, and their help center was equally useful.
What do you dislike?
I would have liked to have more customization available to tailor the platform to my specific needs.

What do you like best?
The entire platform is carefully thought through and developed with its users in focus. They have truly understood the purpose.
What do you dislike?
I really don't have anything to add. I really hope this could be a platform across companies, so the users achievements will follow the user and thereby change the way onboarding is done today.

Such an amazing tool for us. Learningbank helps us with much greater impact of pur training
What do you like best?
Learningbank’s platform really makes it easy to train my team in a busy work week and follow up. Their new tools with ai help for course creations seriously saves the day!!
What do you dislike?
The usability in the app could use some tweaks but they have such great plans and i’m excited to follow their development.

I had a great experience with the onboarding onto the Learningbank platform and the integration was really easy.
What do you dislike?
The support could be a bit better in some cases, but my overall experience is very good, don't know what to say, just filling our space

Learning bank is a Company who cares about their customers
What do you like best?
The customer support was really great. If we had any questions they were answered almost instantly.
What do you dislike?
Screen integrations could do with some more work. I see where they are trying to go with it, but the current implementation isn’t the best.

What do you dislike?
Even though I like that you can track the learners' progress, analytics tool can be improved with more functionality, easier navigation and better tracking.

Best in class LMS software. A true asset that stays relevant!
What do you like best?
The right software combined with the right level of knowledge makes the difference. Support is quick and efficient.
What do you dislike?
To start off with, I was concerned about it’s a stand alone solution. Other service providers offers a wide range of features. I had to see the integrations in action to get convinced:-)

A company fully focused on improving the platform.
What do you like best?
The easy ability to build and share learnings. A fantastic support that always is ready to help.
What do you dislike?
Would be nice to have more design possibilities in the module maker. Like custom fonts, gradients as background, different slide sizes.

Great tool, definately to be recommended as an upcoming player in the field of elearning.
What do you like best?
I love the scalability of the platform. It really enables us to reach 1000s of using in Danish healthcare, which is truly awavesome!
What do you dislike?
constraints on functionality. The powerpoint like features are limited, compared to the alternative, which can be annoying. For using it is the lack of ability to get proper overview of all learning content. Further I hope it will be possible to offer paid content in the future - fingers crossed.

We really like the sharing function, it makes it really easy to set up automatic sharings and makes the system very easy to use. We also really like the support
What do you dislike?
We would like if it was possible to add moduls to a learning path once it has been published, that would make things easier.

It is quite easy to build all kind of new learning paths
What do you like best?
We can build our own company academy on the LearningBank platform, and it is quite easy to use. It is also great that LearningBank has built some relevant, corporate learning paths with gamification.
What do you dislike?
Cannot think of anything particular. But be prepared to spend some time in the beginning to build your own learning modules. So although it seems very easy, it might also be a bit time-consuming.

Super nice learning academy - looks good, easy to use, and very modern features
What do you like best?
You can set everything up to run automatically - it saves us so much time, especially when we're onboarding new people. And it's such a great and user-friendly way to set up these automated training paths where you just drag and drop the content in the order you want.
What do you dislike?
Nothing at the moment I don't like. But when I started using the system, I felt Analytics/Reporting was a bit limited, but now they have updated it, and it has everything I need now.

very professional and trustworthy in all layers of the organization
What do you like best?
Their service during implementation. They were quick and so helpfull during the timeline from making the platform in the beginning and the implementation at the users at the end.
What do you dislike?
I would recommend to have the full package og employer life circle, and specific the part with skills overwiew / employer profil with comments and so on.

Extremely competent, talented, flexible and service-minded people and very intelligent software.
What do you like best?
They are constantly evolving and listening carefully to their users. There are actions behind their words every time and they work at an extremely high level.
What do you dislike?
They are very adaptable - so therefore there is not yet something I have not been happy with at Learningbank. I can warmly recommend their skilled people and intelligent software.

Super user friendly and very competent support team
What do you like best?
I love that the platform is easy to use and access. I always know what learning I should go though and how to do it.
What do you dislike?
I Learningbank could improve something it should be to make the platform even more good looking.

It's fresh, playful and visually spectacular. And the system is very user-friendly.
What do you like best?
The possibility of creating different universes that fit into the corporate spirit. The system is very user-friendly which is a big plus and also the good teamwork behind has been great.
What do you dislike?
We are missing some more characters to put in and to insert in our different learningflows and that makes us a little bit more dependent on you guys.

What do you like best?
Everyone at Learningbank have been extremely helpful throughout the entire proces. They truely made us feel like their number 1 customer.
What do you dislike?
What's not to like when you are a super satisfied customer :-) Whenever we have questions we are always able to get answers and help more or less immidiately.

Very intuitive platform combined with a dedicated service team!
What do you like best?
The overall experience has been very satisfying with great support throughout all implementation phases. The platform it self is very easy to navigate and the take on content development is innovative and has been very well received by the staff.
What do you dislike?
I actually haven't experienced any issues worth mentioning, as the challenges we encountered has been solved in one way or another.

Modern, user-friendly from a user-perspective and easy to operate
What do you like best?
I like the user-universe. It's made in a modern look and feel, and it's very simple to navigate through the functions. 5 minutes in the platform- and you'll know exactly how to operate, as a user.
What do you dislike?
The backend- here's still some 'room for improvement'. Could be more simple to operate, as an admin-user. But I know that there's some updates coming up in the future, which I am looking forward to.

A great learning partner with an intuitive learning platform.
What do you like best?
We changed from another LMS because it was too comprehensive to use. With Learningbank we got an intuitive interface that's really easy and engaging for the user.
What do you dislike?
Im missing some reporting/analytics functions in my role as a department manager

A very capable, ambitious, cooperative and clever company
What do you like best?
The people working with us on this project were great. They provide a balance of structure and creativity that gets ideas from the drawingboard into reality with great results.
What do you dislike?
The pricing and the setup of the system not fitting our needs entirely. Also we would have liked to have more democases and a reality check on our needs from the start.

Good service, a good, simple system for e-learning.
What do you like best?
Always easy to get help. The system is uncomplicated. I like that we can keep track exactly on who has completed and who hasn´t.
What do you dislike?
I would like that there was a possibility for users to create their own user. A little more flexibility in text and pictures in the content area.

Learningbank is an easy-to-use tool, which makes elearning
What do you like best?
It's easy to use - for both users and admins. Learningbank keeps moving and are open for ideas and improvements (both front and back end). It has many useful features to encompass various HR and development tasks. I am, overall, happy with the product and I am looking forward to the future development.
What do you dislike?
From a userperspective it could benefit from being more interactive. As an admin there are a few technical features I am missing in my day-to-day work. At the moment the system limits potential creative solutions, which is a shame. However, the team are aware of the systems shortfalls, keeps improving and listens to customer feedback.

What do you like best?
It is a dynamic team like our own business - there is no "one size fits all", and as a customer it is a great value to feel listened to. It has been nothing but a great pleasure to work with them throughout the entire proces.
What do you dislike?
Most of my general feedback to the Learningbank app has already been adjusted.

Professional setup and knowledge-able about learning theories
What do you like best?
The very well executed storyboard by Benedikte, the startup meetings, and the superuser training. It was well spent, and we had a good team helping us get off to a good start.
What do you dislike?
The process of getting the storyboard transformed into the onboarding module we had bought had a few too many misunderstandings and the communication could have been better. Personally, I think the graphic designer should have been brought on earlier in the process, to avoid misunderstandings and miscommunications.

Simple, useful and easy. Quick service whenever you need help.
What do you like best?
It is very simple for our users (pharmacists) which is important as not everybody is digital. Also simple for the administrators.
What do you dislike?
I miss more opportunities in analytics and communication. E.g. an easy filter-system that enables us to send a message to users, who have not completed a module. In analytics I would like to filter completion rate for each user across modules and not just for each module.

LearningBank has a great platform and great add-on products
What do you like best?
The software is easy to use and LearningBank has a great support function. You can find most answers to your questions on the support page, and if you need help with anything else, you can easily get a hold of them. They often make new releases based on feedback and is very open for suggestions to new functions.
What do you dislike?
The product meets all our expectations and was easy to implement. In the beginning it was diffecult to add new users, but this has been fixed with a new release.

The design is really great, few clicks to easy actions. It constantly evolves with new features and the support is great

I would like more analytics and also more things to make on my own which still would be good learning modules.
