What do you like best? A true time saver! MTM is a terrific tool and has excellent reports for courses. I'd like to note that the vendor trainings were very useful for our customers. It's great to know that you can cooperate with an instructor on several things. We also liked the digital certificates for course completion. One of the most useful MTM features for sure.
What do you dislike? We've noticed that there are times when customers refuse to follow a survey in MTM (Post Event). We didn't find it easy to persuade them.

Great tool to figure out sales training effectiveness and get cool insights.

What do you like best? The reason we decided to go for this was that we were looking for a consistent way to measure Sales Training Effectiveness over time. Now that we've gotten rid of previous multiple paper surveys, we can yield the data and insights we need to support changes to our training. In fact, we managed to do so within the first 8 months of data collection! I call this a success. For sure, MTM has become our go-to tool for any training conducted in our organization.
What do you dislike? No complaints here at all. The tool is great. You might find the surveys to be a bit complex at first but the support team is always there to help. After some trial and error now it’s a piece of cake!

What do you like best? It's the most robust platform I've used by far; it helps capture both post-event and follow-up learning experience feedback. Kudos for their smart sheets, which are very well researched. I like that they give you actionable data; plus, its scalable globally and in multiple languages. You'll have no issue using the out-of-box reports, which are very well thought!
What do you dislike? Hm, can’t really say I’ve found anything wrong with it. Sure, I contacted their customer support a few times but that was on me. After using it for quite some time I have had no issues.

What do you like best? Metrics that Matter has helped us streamline training and improve new hire onboarding. We've managed to remove low-impact modules and replace them with what the team actually needed. The tool makes it easy to monitor learning scrap and NPS. The above has truly helped us maximize the return on training $$.
What do you dislike? Not that it's a con, but sometimes the reporting options are a bit complex and overwhelming, to say the least. But when you get the hang of it, all is good. We use it for our training delivery team and for reporting results and making recommendations to management.

What do you like best? What I love about MTM is that it has helped us demonstrate the value of our learning services to our customers, partners, and employees more times than I can count. The tool makes it easy to identify and demonstrate what learners got out of the training and how they will use it to be more productive.
What do you dislike? It was a bit difficult to customize the standard reports. However, I've seen improvements in their next-generation reporting. No complaints in general... Cool support services and excellent account team.
