What do you like best? I can't praise their support team enough! They were constantly there for us and made the integration with our other platforms easy and simple. After the implementation, tracking employee performance and coaching them on weaker areas has made them more productive and invested in the company goals. Plus, we can now easily identify which employees we should reward based on their achievements. It's now all automated via the system.
What do you dislike? Performance Pro never disappoints. We've been using it for years and are very happy with the results. I have to highlight again how fantastic their support team is!

I can't recommend it enough! This app makes employee performance evaluations easy.

What do you like best? Doing employee evaluations was never fun for me. Plugging the info into a word doc isn't as easy, and some software are very complicated... but not this one! It has certainly made performance reviews a little easier for me. Performance Pro makes capturing info easy. Tracking goals is a breeze, and the system presents the actual evaluation fast. I also like that it spell-checks everything.
What do you dislike? I've found the interface to be a little clunky. Because I don't use some features every day, it can be challenging to find them when I try after a long time. However, this is a relatively minor issue based on what the app has to offer.

My overall experience with Performance Pro is great. It's a tool for managing your annual reviews.

What do you like best? At our company, this is our go-to tool for annual reviews. It helps us determine raises and bonuses between employees and managers. It's been around 5 years I've been using it, and I feel that it meets our current needs. I even got the chance to walk through the process and rate myself as an employee. Apart from being easy to do, it allowed me to reflect on my status and see what I need to improve.
What do you dislike? I might be using this tool only once a year for the performance reviews, but I always have to look around and try to remember where and how to start the evaluation process. But I guess it has to do with the frequency of use.

A very good application for Employee Performance Management.

What do you like best? This application is very easy to use; that's the main reason I like it. The system allows me to track work and evaluate how our employees are performing. Keeping track of tasks and goals gives you the opportunity to identify high performers and even set rewards for their accomplishments.
What do you dislike? In general, it's great as a tool; maybe the app's design needs to improve a bit. For example, there are times that I find it hard to navigate to a function or tool. Besides that, I'm very satisfied with what it offers.

It's been years since I started using Performance Pro, and I wouldn't want it any other way.

What do you like best? I couldn't be happier with this software, to be honest! Through the years, Performance Pro has improved a lot. If you want a simple, non-complicated, and easy-to-use tool, it is ideal. I really like its generic wording suggestions because every time I get stuck, it shows up and gets me going—also, the spell check is another plus.
What do you dislike? Let's say I'm doing a performance review. When I want to copy a goal comment from another performance review, the system doesn't just take me to their review. It takes me to the factors. If, for example, I'm working on a particular goal and I switch to another user, I want it to take me similar menu I was on the previous person's review. Also, I would appreciate having a comparison between each review. That way, I won't have to flip back and forth to see what was written.
