ProProfs is one tool that lets me do a splendid job of employee training.
What do you like best?
So many things, but the fact that it is feature-packed and it is easy to use all of them impresses me the most.
What do you dislike?
Everything looks fine at this moment. There is no need to change anything at the moment. I like this software.

ProProfs Training Maker is the best software purchase decision we made in years
What do you like best?
As a small business with limited training budget, we cannot afford to choose premium solutions or switch them every now and then. ProProfs is the second tool we adopted as the first one didn’t work out for us. We find it affordable and easy to use. Besides, the support is one of the reasons we continue to do business with it.
What do you dislike?
Given the number of functionalities in the training tool and its supplementary solutions like quiz, it took us a while to master them. We had to do some to and fro with the support team. But once we came through that, it was smooth sailing.

It is an easy-to-use application with plenty of features.
What do you like best?
Ease of course creation, mobile-friendliness, and automatic grading. These functionalities do matter a lot to me as an instructor.
What do you dislike?
There are not many educational templates available currently..............................................

An amazing training software with great integrations and smooth functionality
What do you like best?
The best thing we liked about this software is that it provides excellent integrations, which streamlined our training process. Also, we are impressed with the course settings and configurations.
What do you dislike?
So far, we haven’t come across any problems. But, it would be great if they could increase the trial period.

Enchanted by training automation that leaves time to devote to more meaningful tasks
What do you like best?
The scheduled email notifications to and from learners are great. Earlier, I used to manage them manually. The same goes with automated grading of training quizzes.
What do you dislike?
I find the virtual classroom somewhat static. I wish I found a built-in and real-time video conferencing platform in it. Later, Zoom integration became available, which solved the issue to great extent.

What do you like best?
That it is a perfect fit for all kinds of online learning environments. Excellent in all the point of view.
What do you dislike?
If there’s anything, then it is the short trial period. Hope it stretches to a month at least.....

A feature-rich platform for delivering employee training
What do you like best?
It has a user-friendly interface and comes with a course library and premade templates. Mobile-friendliness, reporting tools, and a built-in assessment library are the other things we like.
What do you dislike?
Till now, we are happy with the purchase. I don’t feel that there’s anything that needs to be changed.

This training tool has simplified the enormous task of maintaining all our training records. It supports multiple languages, which helps us train employees in their native language.
What do you dislike?
It would be great if they could provide integrations with Google Meet as well.

The fact that it provides trainees a way to learn and grow in a linear fashion
What do you like best?
I think it is a must-have tool for every business. Without such tools, online training can be quite slow, complicated, and inefficient.
What do you dislike?
None but the trial period is too small. I think it should be more and now it is only for 15 days not more than that.

ProProfs LMS is a notch above the rest. It is unlike any other tool on the market.
What do you like best?
Its space and time-defying nature. It helped us a lot in training remote employees located in different time zones.
What do you dislike?
Nothing particular that I can think of. According to me, all things are good and i can easily learn it

I think it’s simply amazing. Once you use it,you won’t feel the need to look any training software.
What do you like best?
The fact that you get everything in one place for collaborative learning and automatic assessment. It is a rare and memorable experience.
What do you dislike?
It took me some time to figure out the software due to its large number of features and functionalities.

What do you like best?
What I liked the most about the software is that it helps learners collaborate with one another, ask doubts and questions from their peers and get their doubts resolved instantly.
What do you dislike?
The software has got a lot of features, and it was difficult understanding them initially. It’s only once I started using the product that I figured out the usage of the features.

Top Training Maker Software to create the best training course online
What do you like best?
Therefore, it is advisable to atleast check out the trial version and you will understand the benefit of using such a software to create training course online. Do not judge by hearing others’ experience. Other than that, my company has gained a lot from offering training online using courses developed specifically on ProProfs Training Maker. Within a month employee engagement with their work has increased manifold. What else do you need?

Boost engagement by keeping training content updated, fresh and relevant
What do you like best?
This platform allowed me to import existing training content (PDFs, videos, infographics or even games)that was created using Captivate (another authoring tool). This helped me save time and proved to be cost effective.
What do you dislike?
I haven’t encountered any so far.

It offers a plethora of features - improved reach, relaxed learning, easy to create and upload content, safe, secure data, top notch customer support team, creating quizzes etc, It is definitely an excellent platform for those who are engaged in the online education industry either as a student or an instructor.
