What do you like best? Qooper allows the admin or program manager to customize almost anything. From learning, groups, and a whole bunch of other features, I like that you can make the tool fit your needs. Regarding the platform and the app, they are streamlined and look professional. Getting compliments from program participants on their user experience has never stopped since we switched to Qooper.
What do you dislike? When setting up the platform and building all the necessary marketing/branding collateral to launch the program, it would be great if you had more than one admin. I was the only program lead/admin to get the tool set up and running for our organization... So, dividing the launch labor with other team members would be best. However, even if it was a one-man show, the Qooper team was always there, sharing their tips and advice in everything I needed.

What do you like best? Our coaches have enjoyed its ease of use for more than 2 years now. The platform has helped them stay in constant contact with their mentees. Plus, it has increased the quality of teaching with every teacher we work with. Being able to support them during this challenging pandemic was critical for us. Qooper is our go-to tool now, aiding us to continuously expand our support towards all the teachers struggling with the new demands of teaching on remote work policy.
What do you dislike? Metrics need to be more precise. Tieing a step to a goal would be a great addition. This way, the tool could help us track progress based on the goals themselves, not just the tags. So, I'm excited to see if Qooper would consider a relevant update. That way, we would better understand the actual progression of each assignment and if it meets our goals.

What do you like best? Qooper is a mentoring software that's is easy to set up and deploy, so you'll have it up and running in no time. As a user, I appreciate both the functionality and the design of this app. Even though I'm not an IT admin, I can easily navigate the backend and make customizations to our mentor program whenever I want, so that's great. Our team was impressed with Qooper right from the start.
What do you dislike? Honestly, every time I reach out to Qooper about any customizations or tips I need, the team has been more than welcoming. Their reps are quick to address any concerns and they've always worked on making adaptations for our needs.

The Qooper platform keeps all information in one place. All in all, it's a good mentoring system.

What do you like best? Qooper allows you to create learning/training modules to engage your teams. I find it useful since I can schedule all communication to mentors and mentees beforehand through the system. Another plus is that you can track mentor meetings as well as the completion of learning/training modules.
What do you dislike? The main issue we had was with its video calling feature. It worked well with most cases, but in some, we noticed that the calls were dropping. Also, because you can't share files when using this feature, plenty of our pairs switched to Zoom or similar platforms for their calls. Finally, emails sent from Qooper might end up in spam folders.

What do you like best? Such a good experience. This tool is an absolute pleasure! I've been using the platform for about 7 months now, and one of the things I love about it is the ability to pair Mentors and Mentees. It's been great that we can readily track learner progress. This was very crucial for our program. When choosing our learning platform, we didn't find any other competitive alternatives that truly could fit the needs of our organized mentorship program.
What do you dislike? We did find the "Scheduling Meeting" function challenging because we wanted to use this data for research purposes. However, the support team helped us fix everything.

What do you like best? Frankly, we couldn't have made a better decision! My overall experience has been amazing! Throughout the set-up process, they supported us right from the bat. All questions I've had have been answered, always in a timely manner. Its interface is simple to use and goes with easy instructions. Our users have only positive comments after transitioning to Qooper. You have the ability to track the progress and interaction of matches, which is a big plus. .
What do you dislike? I can't say there's much that I have an issue with. But, if I had to come up with something, I'd really like to see an addition regarding the video function. Though, the good thing is that you can at least enter the conference link and that you can track it.

What do you like best? My team was in a rush to move our mentoring program online, which needed to be done fast. After reviewing several platforms, we decided to go with Qooper because of its quick implementation. We managed to set everything up and running in less than a month! Our whole program was ironed out, and we managed to populate our learning modules; we started accepting members in no time.
What do you dislike? The only downside I had was encountering some trouble with the Apple customization. But that was on our end, so the Qooper team found a workaround for us. The level of customer support from their reps is outstanding.

What do you like best? Their customer support has made the whole experience easy! They are helpful, prompt, knowledgeable, consistent, and flexible. With the team's insights and patience, we've come to learn a lot about the app. From setting it up to managing everything, they held our hand every step of the way. Qooper has genuinely transformed the way our team felt about learning and development. Its features and intuitive ease perspective have helped our organization grow. I highly recommend this software!
What do you dislike? Nothing to note here, really. This mentoring platform is almost perfect. The only thing I didn't like much was that the print is small. That said, this might be a barrier to some users.

What do you like best? This mentoring system is affordable, so it makes sense to choose it if you have a startup or small organization. It was effortless to set up, and we had no issues customizing what we needed within a concise time frame. Finally, their support team is always on the run to create new features, so you get more value in the long run.
What do you dislike? When using the mobile app, some of the profile fields in the onboarding forms look jumbled. The app did crash sometimes on mobile, but you can easily log back in. It would be great if admins could easily message/email a subset of users based on custom filters. Also, I'd prefer if mentors and mentees could decline a match more easily.

What do you like best? Before Qooper we had been struggling to manage our organization's mentoring program. Now that we've switched to this system, we have the opportunity to scale indefinitely. At the same time, it's easier for us to provide value on both sides of the mentorship "table." This platform is an outstanding management tool for 1:1 mentorship, which was our primary goal. Qooper has an abundance of features that make our process easier. It has become one of my fav learning resources!
What do you dislike? Working with Apple was a bit of an issue, but Qooper's team made everything work. During COVID restrictions and remote working, it helped us keep mentors feeling connected with its groups function. It's excellent for online networking events.
