What do you like best? The platform's usability is exceptional. It's incredibly user-friendly and smooth in achieving our business objectives. Integrations require some effort, but they're thorough and highly beneficial. The team, both during implementation and ongoing support, is impressively professional, skilled, and supportive.
What do you dislike? There haven't been major issues. While the integrations needed a bit more effort than expected for the launch, overall, it's been a positive experience.

Well-designed LMS with an excellent integrated authoring tool.

What do you like best? Easy to learn and use and yet robust enough to create engaging content. I like that there are so many integration options with different software and applications.
What do you dislike? Restrictiveness of the reports function (which is not uncommon). I would like to see a report generator that allows admins and instructors create custom reports using the data in the LMS that they choose.

Crisp Modern User Interfaces, Excellent Functionality, Ongoing Development and Great Support!

What do you like best? Modern user interfaces be that customer or administration. All admin options are intuitive and easy to follow along with.Creating courses, lessons, learning paths and quizzes is simple. The analytics side of things is excellent for both the admin and students. Continuous investment in the platform brings great new features regularly and the customer support is slick and always helpful. If you're looking for a great LMS then I would recommend SkillJar.
What do you dislike? Whilst the interfaces are simple to use I believe that some interfaces could be made simpler and a little less cumbersome. As new excellent options are added to course configurations the page just seems to get longer. Time saving functionality for uploading quiz questions from an Excel sheet or CSV file would be most welcome. These are minor details because overall I really enjoy what the product has done in terms of education content access for our customers to engage with!

Other systems are better. Sales demo was smoke and mirrors.

What do you like best? It's plain and simple if you do not need anything robust in your LMS. Good if you just have basic training courses that will never need to be updated or never want to change the UI after go live.
What do you dislike? Too many to list - need to know html, css or use APIs for the smallest tack. Reporting is awful. Lacking any automated process - bulk registrations, bulk user updates, etc. Support is slow to respond and can take weeks for a simple ask. I've used many other LMS systems in the past and this by far is the worst.

What do you like best? Skilljar's Salesforce integration and customer support are exceptional. The user interface for both trainees and administrators is highly intuitive, and Skilljar's developers are constantly adding new enhancements to make the platform even better. They truly listen to their customers and address their needs. I had thoroughly researched every LMS that offered Salesforce integration, and Skilljar was clearly the best choice for us. We haven't been disappointed.
