What do you like best? What I like most about SkyPrep LMS is how intuitive and clean the interface is, which makes it easy to navigate without extensive training. Creating courses, assigning users, tracking progress, and pulling reports is simple and efficient. What do you like best? Before SkyPrep, our training materials were scattered across drives, binders, and desks. Now, everything is centralized and easy to find. Courses and Learning Paths are simple to navigate, making onboarding and retraining fast and efficient.

What do you dislike? A dark mode would be a nice addition. Auto-generated certificates upon course or Learning Path completion would also enhance the user experience.

What do you like best? SkyPrep’s course authoring tools make creating modular courses with assessments simple. The API integrates seamlessly with our website, and the success managers are responsive and helpful. After nearly a decade of collaboration, they’ve even adapted features to meet our users’ needs.

What do you dislike? Past reporting occasionally missed some data points, but their new custom report feature is actively resolving this and improving the experience.

What do you like best? Implementation was quick and straightforward, with minimal setup effort. The platform is intuitive for users to navigate, and the SkyPrep team is consistently helpful, friendly, and supportive in every interaction.

What do you like best? Course setup is far easier than with other LMS platforms I’ve used. The team was eager to help, offering video calls to walk me through custom settings. I could upload a course, create quizzes, and customize everything in under an hour.

What do you dislike? No 24-hour support, and holiday closures can limit assistance for several days. Major outages still get quick responses, and system issues are rare, but avoid scheduling rollouts over holidays to ensure full support availability.

What do you like best? Their success manager support is amazing and we have always felt cared for over the many years as their customer. We have had many requests for features and ways to serve our users and they have always been very supportive and helpful in finding solutions to our needs. Their API also made implementing their platform into our website a breeze.

What do you dislike? The only thing that comes to mind is previously we had some difficulty providing finer-grain reporting for our users but that that has been alleviated in the past years using their custom reporting feature.

What do you like best? The platform is intuitive and easy to use for both admins and learners, especially compared to other LMS options we’ve tried. The SkyPrep team is friendly, responsive, and patient, always taking the time to answer questions thoroughly.

What do you dislike? Finding a Learning Path’s master certificate is not intuitive. While individual certificates are easy to locate, the placement of the main one could be improved for better accessibility.

What do you like best? Content build was easy to learn, Madison was an amazing and attentive Skyprep partner to help us learn Skyprep (i.e. amazing customer service), and its integration with our HR system

What do you dislike? we cannot schedule courses ahead, meaning to have them drop at a specific future date

What do you like best? AI features are awesome. We are able to create scenarios which employees will face with customers. This allows us to see how each employee will react with a guest ahead of time.

What do you dislike? Integrations can be improved, however, some of the issues we ran into were not SkyPrep issues, but issues with our other vendors.

What do you like best? SkyPrep has made training so much simpler for our team. We can easily upload content, create learning paths, and monitor progress without any hassle. The platform’s intuitive interface makes it easy for both our administrators and end users to navigate. We particularly like the feature that allows us to track and analyze training effectiveness with detailed reports, which has been a big help in adjusting our programs based on user feedback.

What do you dislike? One drawback is that the customization options for reporting could be more flexible. While we can access standard reports, the ability to create more detailed, customized reports would be beneficial. Additionally, it would be great if they offered a dark mode, as our team spends a lot of time on the platform and a dark theme could reduce screen fatigue.

What do you like best? How easy it is to create content and have our staff learn online at their own pace. Having the knowledge checkpoints and assessments makes it a great tool to ensure your team is retaining the information you are training them on too.

What do you dislike? The app is a great feature to have since not all of our staff have computers or laptops. Them being able to use their smartphones or tablets is nice, but it would be better if they could zoom in and out to see the material better on a smaller screen.

What do you like best? Setting up courses compared to other systems we have used in the past was SUPER easy! While our unique requirements did require some specific adjustments, they made the process pretty seamless. Additionally, they provided us with video calls where they would walk me through certain settings and setup to make sure everything met our specific needs. I was able to upload a course, create quizzes and have it almost fully to our custom settings often times in under an hour!

What do you dislike? They don't have 24 hour customer support which does make it a little harder if there is a tech issue after hours or on a holiday, BUT if there is a major system shutdown they will still be responsive, and luckily, we really don't have any system issues. I would just make sure to avoid timing your initial rollout over their holidays as support will be limited if you experience a learning curve.

What do you like best? The platform is easy to navigate for all levels of ability. Additionally, it did not take a lot of pre-work or months and months of integration and system set up for us to launch

What do you dislike? There aren't a lot of negatives, but I'd like to see some improvements to functions. For example, I'd like to see whether Knowledge Boosters for a course were effectively sent, and if they're not completed, there should be reminders that don't require manual follow-up.

What do you dislike? No dark mode, and no way that I've found to auto-generate certificates upon completion of courses or Learning Paths.

What do you like best? My team implementend the platform in a very short time. It guarantees us a top level management of the Learning Management system. It's very easy to produce any report we need and we can take data-drive decisions on every aspect of the training process and the business development in this area of activity

What do you dislike? Nothing to say about this, the new CMS gives great solutions for content creation and management, thus solving a former area of improvement

What do you like best? The fact that the system is very user-friendly is a huge bonus for us (our workforce is very diverse when it comes to age, and we've had almost zero issues with people navigating the system). We also like the fact that there is a lot of consistency with the way we can train our new hires and the rest of our workforce.

What do you dislike? The ILT function of the system needs an upgrade - specifically with the Microsoft Teams integration. It always disconnects whenever we try to hold a live session, however we are able to use Zoom with no problems. Our company relies on Teams mostly for internal communication, so not having that platform to use for our live training is a small inconvenience.

What do you like best? Very receptive to the user experience and product enhancements. From a user perspective, it has a clean and uncluttered UI and appearance, and for new learners it essentially requires no onboarding, it is that self-intuitive. Their knowledge base is great, and if I get stuck or forget how to do something, the customer reps are simply fantastic and always there to help and guide you.

What do you dislike? Initially, when we started out, there were some features that were not available that were important to us. We submitted these new feature requests, and in a short matter of time, they implemented these features. We are not a large customer/user, yet we had some unique requirements, so it was appreciated that they gave the same priority to us as other larger customers. What was a con is now a pro.

What do you like best? I really like the Power User feature. This allows you to empower other employees to carry out tasks for their groups without giving them full access. I also like the ease of use. This LMS offers the same features and functionality of more complex LMS's but without the mess.

What do you dislike? That there is no QR code feature. This would be a great feature to have as in our organization there is a need to know what certifications and licensures an employee has at any given time. With SkyPrep, you can run a very fast report and get this information but, with a QR system, we would be able to scan it and find it faster.

What do you like best? I love how easy this software is to use from both an ADMIN and Learner perspective. It's quite intuitive and if you're not really sure how to do something, you will likely figure it out just by playing around in the LMS or accessing their many help articles.

What do you dislike? It's difficult for a user to locate the certificate for their Learning Path. Locating individual certificates is easy, but to locate the master certificate so to speak, it's not well placed.

It is the LMS without the mess and support has been great.

What do you like best? From the very start, the support team has been outstanding. The product is easy to use for my students and my employees.

What do you like best? The software is quite easy to learn/use and helps our team work more efficiently in developing, delivering, tracking, and reporting on trainings. The support is excellent and consistent with very little wait time. They are continuously improving their services and features, as well as provide quick updates and customizations.

What do you dislike? Other than a few extra clicks when navigating to and through trainings, nothing. The program works consistently and the LMS performs every time. If you encounter any unexpected limitation, all you need to do is call SkyPrep and their team will explain possible solutions or work through the limitation to create a new solution.

What do you like best? I like the ability to customize the look and feel that users experience in the LMS.

What do you dislike? I wish the transition to the next course in a learning path was smoother. More integration with SCORM files, including scores and more report-able data.

What do you like best? Ease-of-use is one of the single greatest features. It enables me to quickly upload content, enroll users in groups and generate reports within seconds. If support is needed there is no hold time on the phone and I'm greeted by first name. The custom branding is flawless and my day is not tied up with administrative or site maintenance issues on the platform.

What do you dislike? SkyPrep checks every box. I would not want to be an LMS manager for any company that doesn't use SkyPrep.

What do you like best? The resource center is very helpful for giving our employees easy access to everything they need in an organized way.

What do you dislike? No ability to send automatic reminders for training courses. Each reminder must be added manually.

What do you like best? I have used some of the biggest and most expensive LMS products in the past with other companies and worked in this industry for 20+ yrs, so I knew what I wanted. I tested and piloted several LMS solutions many seemed hard to navigate, not user friendly, others had good features, but missing other critical pieces that are a must. What do you like best? Creating courses and deploying learner content can be done quickly and easily. Robust reporting function on the back end allows for ease of tracking leaner progress/activity.

What do you dislike? Hard due dates lock the learner out of a course after due date has passed. Requires manual fix by admin.

What do you like best? The process for setting up courses and adding content is very user friendly. Everything is very well laid out to make it easy to understand what you are doing. Our organization uses G Suite and the full integration that Skyprep has with G Suite makes it very easy to add content from Google Drive.

What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to create surveys in the UI. I currently have to create surveys as assessments and this can be confusing to the end users. Even if there was a way to just have the symbol look different for a survey vs an assessment in the course it would be very helpful. Also being able to have the 0-10 scale questions for surveys vs just creating it as multiple choice would be very helpful.

What do you like best? The dashboard is easy to use and extremely user-friendly. Adding courses and creating learning paths is also easy to do.

What do you dislike? Reporting functionality is quite basic, so if you are looking for more robust and accurate reporting, perhaps it wouldn't hurt looking into an alternative system.

It is easy to use and the reports provide great insight into development areas.
