What do you like best?
I have been very impressed with using the SmarterU software. I like the updated course developer very much and the flexibility of the reporting pages.
What do you dislike?
The tagging system is good but somewhat limited because it only allows to 2 levels of tagging (bucket tag plus description). I think allowing tags to have 1 level would be helpful because descriptions can get to be too cumbersome.
This is a wonderful tool for safety training in our industry

What do you like best?
We have been using SmarterU's system for several years now and are very pleased with the reporting functionality and training automation.
What do you dislike?
Well for me, course permissions were quite hard to understand at first, so had to turn to their support team for some advanced Q&A's. That is just my personal take as I am not very tech-savvy.
This program is very user friendly and allows us to train new employees remotely.

What do you like best?
I love how easy it is to make changes and updates to our courses. Training remotely is necessary in our business and this program allows us to accomplish that.
What do you dislike?
No complaints at this time. Questions are answered in a timely fashion, staff is competent and helpful.
Really, it's been a pleasure to use as an administrator.

What do you like best?
The ability to customize what my users see and interact with has been amazing. From an administrative standpoint, it is also easy to pull data when necessary.
What do you dislike?
In the early stages, it was difficult for us to move content over from Canvas, but our customer support rep helped us tremendously.
SmarterU offers an easy to use product that works great!

What do you like best?
The SmarterU software has allowed us to provide great online learning content to our clients. It is intuitive for both users and administrators and the support staff are excellent!
What do you dislike?
I find technical glitches to be frustrating but are often sorted out with the help of SmarterU support.
