It's fast, reliable, customizable, and supported by a great development team.
What do you like best?
I like being able to split activities and content into partitions for different user groups, and apply some basic branding to those partitions for different client groups. Since many of our courses are developed in both SCORM and web-only (non-SCORM, for use on a web server), it is super helpful that I can test both in the same package by uploading as a SCO. I also like the responsiveness and expertise of the support team and their willingness to customize features for our clients' needs.
What do you dislike?
I'd like to see an option for an even more modern interface for the learner with customizable cards or tiles - something to freshen up the experience a bit rather than essentially a data table of current activities. I'd also like an option for a smoother transition between multiple SCOs in a single course.

It is functional, reliable, and easy to use. We can customize it.
What do you like best?
Our company is using TopClass for the last 5+ years. We use out-of-the-box features as well as some functionality that was created for specifically for us and customized. Over this period TopClass has proven to be a reliable software that provides great service to our users and integrates well with our Association Management System.
What do you dislike?
There is no particular function to dislike, reporting engine might need minor tweaks
