Very cool product and quite useful, but ridiculously overpriced for a small team.

What do you like best? The ease of use and the pre built templates. It is quick to setup, very intuitive and provides templates to fill the holes in your organizational structure.
What do you dislike? The base pricing model is $500/month for 1-50 employees. At 10 employees it simply is not worth the money. If we had 30-50 it would be a different story but it is not justifiable as a startup. Product: 8.5/10 Price: 3.5/10

What do you like best? Trainual has managed to become a core asset for our company. Before implementation, I couldn't even imagine accomplishing so much with such a simple tool. The whole team is very satisfied with the platform. It's our go-to tool as it has all our important info gathered in one place. I'm very happy that we can capture and share all our institutional knowledge with every new hire. We'll keep using Trainual in the future. After all, we rely on it, and our employees love it!
What do you dislike? Not exactly cons, but here it goes... I have some suggestions that will help the platform's usability: 1) the directory needs to be more accessible, so new hires will be able to use their smartphones before coming to our workplace. That said the mobile app needs improvement. 2) I'd like to be able to track all completions (and reassignments) within Trainual. That is very important to us for compliance reasons. So, updating the time stamping is a must.

Since the implementation, we've gained a lot, and our workers have been more prosperous.

What do you like best? Trainual has a well-designed interface and is user-friendly. I personally enjoy creating and selecting training for my team members. What I like most is that the software allows me to categorize training and programs based on the needs of each employee. Ever since we started using Trainual, all newly-joined members have the chance to learn more about our company and can adopt the skills and functions needed to bring huge profit in a short time.
What do you dislike? To be honest, I haven't found something that annoys me in the system. Everything works fine. However, I would like to have special access to learning platforms like Udemy or Coursera. It would help our team members benefit from selected courses for specific departments (e.g., marketing, leadership, sales, etc.). Also, some extra customization options would help our work process even more.

What do you like best? We've benefited a lot from this system, especially because it allows us to provide sessions on hiring and onboarding. It's a great tool if you want to lead your teams with empathy. They've got knowledgeable and helpful support as well. With Trainual, we've managed to put all our processes in digital form. Now, every employee has a clear understanding of what is expected of them. The system is easy to set up, and we can modify or customize it based on our needs.
What do you dislike? I can't think of any issues we've had with the software. Trainual has been a great tool allowing us to hire, onboard, and train people virtually.

I love it! 24/7 access to resources, everything in one place

What do you like best? With this platform, our agents can access relevant resources 24/7. For example, whoever has a question about policies or procedures can now find answers easily, even if they are away from the office. The above saves time for management (fewer phone calls and administration) since employees can find a document or learn how to do something easily. Trainual has been a major factor of our onboarding success. Of course, we also use it for other training processes as well.
What do you dislike? So far, I'm delighted with Trainual. I've very curious to learn how to use it in depth so that I can understand its full capacity. So, I'm looking forward to having more one-on-one time and develop our system even more.

What do you like best? This software has given us a way to offer consistent training to our multiple stores. Being a seasonal company, we needed to create consistency and train numerous new hires and managers across our stores.
What do you dislike? One main downside is that building out all the training takes a lot of time. However, it has helped our company improve its training strategy and enhance the way we onboard and develop our employees. We've managed to grow and offer exemplary service thanks to this training software.

Trainualy improved and streamlined our processes by making them more efficient.

What do you like best? The coolest thing about Trainual is that it allows me to set up our policies and create clear steps for our onboarding process. All the above help put in place any necessary training or certifications that employees must take. I like that I can see in which step an employee is, without having to be physically present or constantly presenting orientation info for new hires. Also, I love that I can add some personality to our materials.
What do you dislike? For our organization, it is a great tool, but I am not sure if smaller businesses can benefit. If you're working for a small business, you must decide whether $99/month is a price your budget can handle. But, in case your staff growth needs are continuously increasing, this tool can help your company scale through training and certifications.

What do you like best? It gets the job done from cost savings and increased revenue to staying organized and properly training your people. My overall experience is extremely positive. Great value for money for sure! I recommended Trainual to anyone aiming to scale their business.
What do you dislike? I haven't found any cons. Sure, I'd like to see some extra functions, but I know that the Trainual team is working on developing new features in new updates. Their technology works seamlessly. Plus, I love that they have headquarters in the same state as us.

What do you like best? Our company is growing fast. During the pandemic, we had to go on a remote work policy, but we also decided to hire plenty of new people. Was it wise? Well, it worked for us... But, as you can understand, the need for remote accessibility to training was a must. Before, we were using another LMS that had plenty of issues, so we had to transition to a more intuitive tool that would be more user-friendly. Thankfully, we found Trainual.
What do you dislike? I like everything about this tool; however I can share some suggestions for upcoming updates! The team at Trainual could consider the addition of more styles for tests and quizzes. Also, it would be nice if future reports could include more details. For example, I'd love to see how much time a learner has spent on a specific course or on a specific topic. The above will help trainers and management get more info on employees and what they're drawn to.

Excellent tool for fast-paced small businesses. Trainual helped us streamline the onboarding process

What do you like best? If you're a small business like us, you know that each team member wears many hats. And to add to that... when you have to bring in new hires, things can get out of control because there's no easy way of training them and having your work done at the same time. So, Trainual has been a revelation for streamlining our onboarding process. Since all of our procedures and policies are in one place, we spent less time explaining and more time doing actual work!
What do you dislike? Hm... if you want to get the screen recording feature, you have to pay for membership. If you already pay for Zoom, maybe you'll prefer to do the screen recording through that tool. Also, uploading videos is yet another process you need to pay for an account. However, the price per month is not that high, so maybe you should consider upgrading.

What do you like best? Trainual is easy to use and allows you to add in different media formats. My favorite feature is the tests/quizzes! It doesn't happen often, but I'm delighted with this software. Trainual is trully a great company. Not only do they have a good product, but they try to make it even more relevant to the user needs.
What do you dislike? Don't get me wrong, this software has a great structure and a lot of potential. However, I do wish to see more functions, especially in the testing/quizzes. Adding more complexity would make it even more useful to trainers.

What do you like best? I love that their team continues to gather feedback from us. They actually care about what a user wants and make consistent efforts to improve their product and align it to our needs. Trainualy is an excellent tool; hence we use it daily. That said, I expect it to become a central tool for our business operations in the months to come. Good price point as well.
What do you dislike? We've invested hundreds of hours developing content within Trainual. The fact that we have no control over the framework was a concern for us at first. However, working with their support has been great. They are responsive to needs/bugs. Always there to help us out. Possible increases in future pricing would be a problem for us... For now, Trainual meets our expectations. I would recommend it to others. Our whole team is happy with both the product and the service.

What do you like best? To make the best out of Trainual, you need to have content. Also, your team must have a dedicated person to lead the implementation to ensure everything is on track. That was our main issue... Many people involved, limited time, plus we adopted numerous other tools as well. Overall, I had a positive experience with Trainual. It always depends on your company's needs and growth plans. Most admins found it simple and straightforward. Its UI is easy to learn.
What do you dislike? Setting the system up needed more work than expected. It's not that it was difficult to handle things; I just couldn't understand where I was in the setup. For instance, I was even confused with what was published and what wasn't at first. Also, figuring out the user access was confusing as well. Their support did help me out, so I managed to get things running. It seems like the right fit, but we discovered that we needed more functions.

What do you like best? Creating initial training and including it into our hiring process was a must because we have a high turnover. My experience with this system has been great overall. Best of all, it's is very easy to use. I had no issues figuring out how it works. Trainual has been a great solution in helping us weed out applicants that weren't the best fit. Apart from hiring and onboarding, the platform enables us to decide who we will promote or give a raise to.
What do you dislike? When you first start with this tool, you'll see that you have to pay for premium to get all the features. I did find getting all the systems into Trainual challenging. I might upgrade later on, though. It depends on how important some flashy features are for me and my team...

What do you like best? Interacting with colleagues was hard during the pandemic. Thankfully, having Trainual makes my work life easier since I can figure things out on my own. Its interface makes it very easy to find all the information I need. There are different sections and a variety of topics I can train on. Easy navigation. At least for me, even though I'm a social person and crave interaction when it comes to training, this is a great alternative.
What do you dislike? From a user's perspective, it works perfectly. To be honest, there isn't anything I would change. Using Trainual is beneficial for me!

What do you like best? What I like most is being able to keep track of what the users are doing. I check their test results often to ensure that everyone is getting the right material. Now, all team members have the learning resources they need to become better and offer exceptional legal services across the board. I can even add gifs!! :) Making training more fun is key to keeping everyone happy and engaged.
What do you dislike? I like creating tests for my employees, but the process is long; sometimes, the system is lagging. Also, I've spent about an hour populating 30 questions and adding 5 multiple question options per question. To save some time, I'd prefer the multiple questions to come with 4 answer choices as a default.
