LMS MOS Chorus Ranks Among The Best LMS For 2020

For the second year, MOS—MindOnSite is proud to be part of the rankings "Top 20 Best LMS based on User Experience" and "Top20 Best LMS based on Customer Experience".

Both Top 20 LMS lists have been planned following a holistic approach based on input from actual users who were willing to share their experiences with the LMS.

For the Top 20 based on User Experience, the order of appearance is a function of the following metrics:

  • System Usability Scale: The most widely used and validated metric for measuring ease of use.
  • Perceived Usefulness: The degree to which a user considers that the LMS maximizes their work performance.
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): The metric that quantifies on a 1-10 scale how much users are likely to recommend the product or not.

For the Top 20 based on Customer Experience, the order of appearance is a function of the following metrics:

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT Score): measures the degree of customer happiness with a particular product, service or interaction.
  • Customer Effort (CEF Score): quantifies the amount of effort required to get customer support from the LMS vendor.
  • Customer Expectation (CEX Score): measures the gap between customer expectations and service received by the LMS vendor.

All of the above metrics are based on a 5-step Likert scale from Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree.

The methodology was developed in collaboration with Dr. Panagiotis Zaharias who is a scientific collaborator of eLearning Industry INC and UX expert.

International Recognitions For UX And CX

MOS Chorus is a complete Learning Management System, for both internal public and extended enterprise thanks to its multi-management portals capabilities. It includes an authoring tool (LCMS) solution as well, which makes it an all-in-one solution. The MOS Chorus LCMS enables to create interactive and media-rich content, collaboratively in online and offline mode.

To improve the User Experience and maintain leaners to a high level of engagement, MOS Chorus offers large possibilities of customization, both functional and graphical. Users are then able to be totally immersed in their learning activities thanks to gamification, large choices of content, mobile learning, offline mode, social learning, analytics, and so on.

On the Customer Experience side, we are working a lot on building a community through our community platform named "MOS Community," in which customers can find resources such as past webinars or conferences. "MOS Center," a knowledge base is also at their disposal with many resources on MOS Chorus features. Once a year, we organize an event named "MOS Club" to gather all our customers and discuss our new releases and features. It is also an opportunity for our customers to present their digital learning projects and share their best practices.

The one and only European platform in this ranking, MOS Chorus proves its capacity to adapt to international market demands and satisfy customers and users all around the world.
