What do you like best? The software allows adaptation to all the needs of our industry as well as regulatory constraints.
What do you dislike? Getting to grips with the software and all its features and possibilities requires resources and time from the teams. Without doubt, the price of adaptivity ....

What do you like best? Ergonomics, flexibility, personalization and excellent support. It is a solution that adapts to the specific needs of customers
What do you dislike? Some tasks can sometimes be complex for people who are not in the digital domain. But the excellent technical support allows us to achieve our objectives in terms of evolutions and adaptation to our needs. The team is very friendly and attentive and it is very pleasant.

What do you like best? Reliability, easiness to use, efficiency and great availability of the helpdesk, easy to create content with the editor MOS Chorus
What do you dislike? Nothing special except a detail : sometimes difficulties to format texts in personalized notifications (fonts, colors, indentation...)

What do you like best? Personnalisation is key as it helps to support the business in the way we would like to work. Flexibility supported by a strong pedagogical experience
What do you dislike? sometimes we can find project management as an area of improvement. the team work with passion and strong engagement but it could be good to more structure the projects steps.

What do you like best? Customization quick and efficient technical support high pedagogical quality of programmed exercises and detailed and performant score calculation algorithm
What do you dislike? picture size management can only be done outside of MOS to keep relevant picture's quality.

What do you like best? You can personnalize a lot of things (portal, notification, ...) and you can combine a lot of rules with the possibity to create every follow up tables you need by csv extractions
What do you dislike? The creation of contents : it is a very good point to have this functionnality in the LMS but not always easy to use

What do you like best? The use of MOS Chorus is easy to learn and there are ways to deliver content for transmission of knowledge. Corrections are fast made and set on production.
What do you dislike? We got a lot of licenses to use, but old users aren't sign off automaticaly. So the number of users rises, but doesn't delete old unused ones.

What do you like best? There is quite much flexibility in the way we grant different access rights, so I think that the user management is well done.
What do you dislike? I don't find user friendly the way to design interfaces. The layout of the interfaces are quite tricky to build and manage.
