With the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, many corporate organizations are now shifting their focus to eLearning. Of course, eLearning has been very important over the years. However, with the rapid and continuous outbreak of COVID-19, its benefits have only intensified.

This article reviews how the rapid acceleration of eLearning during the recent COVID-19 pandemic has thrown up problems for students who find it difficult to learn independently because of their subtle language issues. Without peer and teacher support they flounder and become depressed.
