AI Coaching By Hilton And SweetRush

AI coaching is a dramatic and exciting new capability in the performance improvement toolkit. However, creating an AI coaching experience requires an array of skills and expertise; if any are lacking, the experience will fail. You may have finished creating your AI coaching experience only to have your IT/security folks panic if you have not considered their needs. Likewise, the experience will fail if you have not given proper attention to project management, instructional design, headset management, visual aesthetics, and analytics. And finally, the question of how you will scale the experience is critically important.

We invite you to join this eLearning Industry webinar and learn how Hilton and SweetRush created a highly effective AI coaching experience and how all the disciplines needed to create the experience were applied. You'll also learn how WebXR allows the experience to scale to Hilton's entire distributed enterprise, allowing learners to take part in the experience with a VR headset or desktop computer.

Join Hilton's Martess Green, Senior Manager of Global Learning Customer Promise; SweetRush's Danielle Silver, Solution Architect; and Adrián Soto, Director of Immersive Technologies in this engaging webinar!

In this interactive webinar conducted by SweetRush, you will learn:

  • How to train and deliver an effective AI coaching experience
  • How to get your arms around all the skills needed to make it happen: project management, instructional design, headset management, visual esthetics, analytics, and security
  • How immersive experiences can now scale to your entire enterprise with WebXR so your learners can take part in the experience with or without a headset
  • How to evaluate whether your vendor has the requisite capabilities

After supporting 1000 team members at Hilton's largest hotel in D.C., she pursued a new challenge in Hilton's luxury market, supporting Hilton's luxury hotel in downtown Manhattan for four years and playing an integral role in its first and second Forbes Four-Star ratings. Additionally, she achieved Hilton's highest award, the Connie Award for exemplary guest service scores, in 2021. Martess transitioned to Hilton's corporate office in a new role as a strategic business partner to Hilton's Global Brand Organization, supporting the organization's priorities and talent strategies. In 2023, Martess was promoted to Senior Manager of Global Brand Learning, leading the design and development of learning for Hilton's Customer Promise initiative across 19 brands and 7000 hotels in 124 countries and territories to drive Hilton's unique service culture around the globe.
