Want To Create Learner-Centric Training Programs That Delight Your Stakeholders? Discover Design Thinking!

Place an order with an award-winning chef, and you’ll feel pretty confident she’s a master at her trade. But what if your party includes finicky children or people with food allergies? What if the chef could deeply understand your needs and wants, what ingredients to avoid, and where to really go crazy? Think of that meal! Mind. Blown.

Now think about the typical RFP / solution design process. For simple projects, it’s fine. But when the project is more complex, even a great team (like a great chef) needs the essential data to craft the best learning design!

Having participated in thousands of RFPs and solution designs, our team at SweetRush was driven to reinvent the process, and we’re excited to show you how! Our design thinking-inspired experience is called CoDesign℠. We gather stakeholders, engage with them on a deep level, learn about their business goals, and…drumroll...listen directly to learners about their needs, wants, likes, and dislikes.

During CoDesign, we generate, test, and refine ideas, arriving at a solution that satisfies the needs and wishes of learners and stakeholders who take pride in the program they co-create. The results are remarkable: a learner-centric solution blueprint delivered faster and with solid buy-in.

Oh, and it’s fun!

Join our team for a lively discussion about human-centered design. Play with us using the same virtual collaboration technology we employ in CoDesign. Hear from seasoned practitioners (instructional, technical, creative, and a client-partner) about why collaborative learning design is the way of the future. Ask your questions, and get a takeaway outlining how to join us at the virtual table for an experience that will leave you—and your learners—hungry for more.

During this session, you will learn:

  • How design thinking contributes to better learning design outcomes
  • Ways that collaborative technology can support virtual learning co-creation
  • How the benefits of collaborative, human-centered design enhance each element of learning design
  • Tips to assess your project’s readiness for successful CoDesign
