Adrián has a strong grasp on the ever-changing landscape of emerging and immersive technologies, and at the same time is grounded, pragmatic, and understands that business and instructional objectives come first.

Dani Silver

As Solution Architect on the SweetRush XR team, Dani Silver spends her time dreaming up ways to use immersive technology to elevate learning and engage audiences in new and exciting ways. Building on a decade of experience in the Learning and Development industry, she has a solid understanding of the principles of adult learning and learning technology. She is passionate about human development and is a firm believer in the importance of lifelong learning. She is particularly interested in the use of Virtual and Mixed Realities, and their ability to affect knowledge retention and true behavior change.

Emily Dale

Emily is an Immersive Learning Strategist on the SweetRush XR team. She has a combination of expertise in product development, experiential technology, and learning science. With 20 years of experience in communication and learning design, Emily has developed strategies, technologies, and curricula for clients in academic, enterprise, and government sectors. Most recently, she has designed learning programs for the International Rescue Committee, Penn State University, IBM, and Coursera, including XR and AI-driven training and coaching experiences. She is also developing a library of immersive learning strategies and mechanics and spearheading university research partnerships for SweetRush.

Hanan Harb Sahourieh

Hanan Harb Sahourieh is a Learning Evangelist at SweetRush (No. 1 in custom virtual, immersive, and DEIB content). She has almost 20 years of experience in roles that include marketing, editing, writing, and Instructional Design. She loves her role at SweetRush because she gets to be creative and talk about all the amazing things that the company is doing to evolve the Learning and Development craft.
